232. וְעוֹד, ((מְתַקֵּן אוֹתוֹ וְשׁוֹמֵר עָלָיו. שְׁכָן אֶרֶץ – אֶרֶץ קְדוֹשָׁה עֶלְיוֹנָה, אֶרֶץ הַחַיִּים, שֶׁהָאָרֶץ הַהִיא תִּשְׁרֶה בַּטּוֹב הַהוּא. וּרְעֵה אֱמוּנָה – אוֹתָהּ הָאֱמוּנָה שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה תִּהְיֶה נִזּוֹנֵית וּמִתְפַּרְנֶסֶת מִמֶּנּוּ עַל יָדְךָ. וְאִם תַּעֲשֶׂה זֶה) תִּתְעַנַּג עַל ה’ וְיִתֶּן לְךָ מִשְׁאֲלֹת לִבֶּךָ – כָּל זֶה מִתְתַּקֵּן בְּתִקּוּן הַבְּרִית. כֵּיוָן שֶׁהִתַּקְּנָה הַבְּרִית, הִתְתַּקֵּן הַכֹּל. פִּנְחָס, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁקִּנֵּא עַל בְּרִית זוֹ, זָכָה לַכֹּל. וְלֹא עוֹד, אֶלָּא שֶׁהֵגֵן עַל כָּל יִשְׂרָאֵל, וּבוֹ הִתְקַיֵּם וְהִתְעַנַּג עַל ה’. שֶׁהֲרֵי עָלָה וְהִתְקַשֵּׁר לְמַעְלָה (וְהֵאִיר) בָּאוֹר הָרִאשׁוֹן שֶׁבָּרָא הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא וְגָנַז אוֹתוֹ. בְּאוֹתוֹ אוֹר שֶׁנֶּהֱנָה מִמֶּנּוּ אַבְרָהָם, וְאַהֲרֹן הַכֹּהֵן נִקְשַׁר בּוֹ.
\n233. אַחַר שֶׁעָלָה לִכְהֻנָּה גְדוֹלָה, לֹא הִזְכִּיר לוֹ הֶרֶג זִמְרִי, וְלֹא רָאוּי, בִּשְׁבִיל שֶׁלֹּא יֹאחַז כְּלָל בַּעֲנָפָיו שֶׁל הַצַּד הָאַחֵר, וְלֹא רָאוּי לְהַזְכִּיר עָלָיו. שֶׁכָּל מִי שֶׁהוֹרֵג, עֲנָפִים שֶׁל צַד הָאַחֵר יֵשׁ בּוֹ. וּפִנְחָס הֲרֵי נֶאֱחַז בַּיָּמִין, וְאֵין לוֹ חֵלֶק בַּצַּד הָאַחֵר כְּלָל, וְלָכֵן לֹא נִזְכַּר כָּאן. מַה שֶּׁנִּרְאֶה שֶׁבַח – גְּנַאי הוּא לוֹ, וּנְחִיתוּת מִמַּעְלָה עֶלְיוֹנָה שֶׁנֶּאֱחַז בָּהּ. וְלָכֵן כָּתוּב הַמֻּכֶּה אֲשֶׁר הֻכָּה סְתָם, וְשֵׁם הָאִשָּׁה הַמֻּכָּה, וְלֹא נִזְכַּר עַל יְדֵי מִי.<\/div>\n

Pinchas 232, 233<\/strong><\/p>\n

Psalms 37:3<\/a>
\n“בְּטַח בַּיהוָה, וַעֲשֵׂה-טוֹב; שְׁכָן-אֶרֶץ, וּרְעֵה אֱמוּנָה.”
\n“Trust in YHVH<\/a>, and do good; dwell in the land, and cherish faithfulness.”<\/p>\n

When we trust YHVH<\/a>, meaning having certainty in the system, we can merit dwelling in the land that is Malchut<\/a> and cherish faithfulness that is the aspect of connection to Malchut<\/a> and Binah<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The outcome is a pleasure that comes with the connection to YHVH<\/a> and the flow of light that fulfils our desires that have affinity with the purpose of Creation and our own lives.<\/p>\n

Psalms 37:4<\/a>
\n“ וְהִתְעַנַּג עַל-יְהוָה; וְיִתֶּן-לְךָ, מִשְׁאֲלֹת לִבֶּךָ.”
\n“So shalt thou delight thyself in YHVH<\/a>; and He shall give thee the petitions of thy heart.”<\/p>\n

The Zohar brings the example of Pinchas who had full trust in YHVH<\/a>. He did the right thing and without thinking about himself he killed and stopped a great cause of negativity. For that, he was rewarded with eternal priesthood. After the act of killing, his name was not mentioned in relation to the killing like he was never connected to the negative aspect of the act that saved so many.<\/p>\n
