\n257. וְשֵׁשׁ מַעֲלוֹת הַכִּסֵּא, שֶׁהֵם ו’, וְזֶה מְטַטְרוֹן, הוּא כּוֹלֵל אַרְבַּע חַיּוֹת. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב (ישעיה יא) וְנַעַר קָטֹן נֹהֵג בָּם, וְהֵם: מִיכָאֵל, גַּבְרִיאֵל, נוּרִיאֵל, רְפָאֵל. מְטַטְרוֹן, (מלכים-א י) שֵׁשׁ מַעֲלוֹת לַכִּסֵּא, שֶׁעוֹלִים שֵׁשׁ מֵאוֹת, צִיצִית בִּשְׁתֵּי יוֹדִי”ן. וְאִם חָסֵר יוֹ”ד, הֲרֵי חִירִק בִּמְקוֹמָהּ, כָּךְ עוֹלֶה. בְּכָל צַד בְּאַרְבַּע כְּנָפוֹת, צִיצִית וּשְׁלֹשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה חֻלְיוֹת הַצִּיצִית – הֵם תרי”ג.\n<\/div>\n

\nPinchas 255-257<\/strong><\/p>\n

The color תְּכֵלֶת, sky blue, represents judgment that is the aspect of Malchut<\/a>. The name of YHVH<\/a> in Malchut<\/a> is expressed with the name of Judgment אדני ADNY (Pronounced Adonai). This name begins with the letter א that represents the source of the Light and the YHVH<\/a> name that is the aspect of Mercy. The א Alef is constructed from יוי Yod, Vav and Yod, numerically 26 as the YHVH<\/a> name. The other three letters דני form the word דין that literally means ‘Judgment’.<\/p>\n

The world of Malchut<\/a> is where Mercy and Judgment meet and the archangel Metatron is ‘governing’ that aspect.<\/p>\n

The Holy Throne that connects the upper and lower using Metatron, has 72 bridges. They are represented in the Talit, that is the prayer shawl men use during their prayers. The Talit has 72 knots on 4 sides with 18 knots each.<\/p>\n

The Talit is a powerful tool and men wear a smaller version under their shirts to have constant connection and protection of the Light. The technology of preparing it is very complex and the Holy Ari dedicated 6 chapters in the book ‘the Fruit of the Tree of Life<\/a>” for explanation of the meditation of preparing the Tzizit which are the strings that are knotted on the four corners of the Talit, that is also called ‘wings’.<\/p>\n

Just few notes from 4 strings doubled as 8 with one long string serve as ‘Shamash’ (server, same name as the special candle of Channukah that light the others). The Shamash binds all the connections and knots into one unit.<\/p>\n

There are four (YHVH<\/a>) sets of wrapping (7,8,11,13) of the Shammash around the other 7 strings.
\n7+8 (15=יה)
\n+ 11 (=26 as the numerical value of YHVH<\/a>, also twice אהבה, Love)
\n+ 13 (=39 for the upper level of יהו spelled out as יוד-הא-ואו, also טל, ‘dew’ of the light of the Resurrection).<\/p>\n

The Zohar also connects the Talit to the wings of the four Holy Creatures of the Holy Throne and the 613 precepts.<\/p>\n

The entire Talit טלית brings the aspect of surrounding light of Binah<\/a> to Zeir Anpin<\/a>. The numerical value of טלית (with the Kolel) is 450 and it is equal to 10 times the name of Zeir Anpin<\/a> (שם מה) יוד-הא-ואו-הא.<\/p>\n

The Talit should cover at least from the head to the third of the chest (third of Tiferet<\/a>). Because of that they the aspect of vessel, so women are not required to wear a Talit.<\/p>\n
