Isaiah 62:8<\/a>
\n“נִשְׁבַּע יְהוָה בִּימִינוֹ, וּבִזְרוֹעַ עֻזּוֹ: אִם-אֶתֵּן אֶת-דְּגָנֵךְ עוֹד מַאֲכָל, לְאֹיְבַיִךְ, וְאִם-יִשְׁתּוּ בְנֵי-נֵכָר תִּירוֹשֵׁךְ, אֲשֶׁר יָגַעַתְּ בּוֹ”
\n“YHVH<\/a> has sworn by his right and by his mighty arm: “I will not again give your grain to be food for your enemies, and foreigners shall not drink your wine for which you have labored;”<\/p>\n

The Zohar explains that ‘his right’ is the Torah and ‘his mighty arm’ is the Tefilin. There are four scrolls with sections from the Torah and they represent the יהוה YHVH<\/a> name. They go into the four chambers of the Tefilin that represent אדני ADNY. That gives us the aspect of light and vessel.<\/p>\n

The Tefilin of the head uses one strap that surrounds the head, makes a knot at the base of the head and goes down in front of the body to bring down the upper levels of Chokmah<\/a>, which includes Keter<\/a> and Binah<\/a> (יהוה YHVH<\/a> and אהיה<\/a> AHYH<\/a>) down with the aspect of the Central column.
\nThe Tefilin is mentioned in Exodus 13:16<\/a> “ וְהָיָה לְאוֹת עַל-יָדְכָה, וּלְטוֹטָפֹת בֵּין עֵינֶיךָ” “It shall be as a mark on your hand or frontlets between your eyes,”
\nAnd the Talit is mentioned in Numbers 15:28<\/a> “ דַּבֵּר אֶל-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל, וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם, וְעָשׂוּ לָהֶם צִיצִת עַל-כַּנְפֵי בִגְדֵיהֶם, לְדֹרֹתָם; וְנָתְנוּ עַל-צִיצִת הַכָּנָף, פְּתִיל תְּכֵלֶת” “Speak to the people of Israel<\/a>, and tell them to make tassels (Tzizit) on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a cord of blue on the tassel of each corner”<\/p>\n

These verses include in them, the Tefilin and the reading of the Shema prayer that creates the unification in the central column.<\/p>\n

The first verse above is a promise of God to bring an end to the other side<\/a> that takes away from the fruit of our work.
\nWith our Zohar study and spiritual connection we unite Right and Left, Light and Vessel and become part of the system. That work earns us the merit to be included in God’s promise at the Final Redemption.<\/p>\n
