When we do the four special bows we squat in the word ברוך, ’Baruch’, bow in the word ‘Ata’ אתה, and back to upright position in the word YHVHיהוה .<\/p>\n

The Zohar teaches us that it connects us to 18 worlds that come from the three letters Vav ווו that begins the three verses that construct the 72 names. They can be found in Exodus 14:19<\/a>,20,21<\/p>\n

The squats are the connection to the ADNY אדני, going back to upright position is the connection to the YHVH<\/a> name and the in the middle is the Shechina that connects them all as יאהדונהי YAHDVNHY. This is the sequence of amen that connects the 18 blessings of the silent prayer.<\/p>\n

The Zohar reveals that the bowings and the unifications are in the secret of the verse from Ezekiel 1:18<\/a>
\n“ וְגַבֵּיהֶן–וְגֹבַהּ לָהֶם, וְיִרְאָה לָהֶם; וְגַבֹּתָם, מְלֵאֹת עֵינַיִם סָבִיב–לְאַרְבַּעְתָּן”
\n“As for their wings, they were high and with awe; and the four had their wings full of eyes round about.”<\/p>\n

The ‘wings’ is the aspect of Malchut<\/a> אדני ADNY, the height is for Zeir Anpin<\/a>, יהוה YHVH<\/a> and the eyes is for Binah<\/a> AHYH<\/a> אהיה<\/a>. The 72 ‘eyes’ are included in Zeir Anpin<\/a> because it forms the central column and holds everything together.<\/p>\n

The name ADNY controls the actions, YHVH<\/a>, the speech and AHYH<\/a> the thoughts. The three together connect us to יבק, that is the secret gate to the upper levels. The numerical value is 112 as the sum of three names אהיה<\/a>+יהוה+אדני.<\/p>\n

The Zohar teaches us the spiritual technology and our merit is that by reading this text and studying it we connect to the spiritual levels mentioned in this article.<\/p>\n
