For most people, nothing much. Even for Hebrew readers the connection between the literal meaning of the verse and the Zohar&rsquo;s explanation doesn&rsquo;t make sense. Yet it is important to know that even when we don&rsquo;t understand or &lsquo;get it&rsquo;, the actual study connects us to the light that Rabbi Shimon revealed at the time he discussed the verse from Song of Songs with his students.<\/p>\n<p>The book Song of Songs is &lsquo;loaded&rsquo; with secrets of the upper worlds and it is a beneficial habbit to read its 8 (<a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Binah&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;When it is related to the Sefirot, &amp;#039;Mother&amp;#039; represents Binah. Also called Sea, source of &amp;#039;rivers&amp;#039;, from where Light flows to the lower worlds.
