It flows down the &#1511;&#1504;&#1492;, windpipe, with the energy of life as described in the verse with the words &lsquo;well of living waters&rsquo;.<\/p>\n<p>This Zohar adds to the importance of conscious breathing as a tool of adding life energy to the body.
