531. סוֹד הַדָּבָר, הַחֲמוּרָה שֶׁל כָּל אֵלּוּ, עִקָּר וִיסוֹד לְאֵלּוּ הַבְּהֵמוֹת שֶׁלְּמַטָּה, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהָרוּחַ מִתְפַּשֶּׁטֶת מֵהֶן (שֶׁרוּחוֹת הַבְּהֵמוֹת מִתְפַּשְּׁטוֹת מֵהֶן) לְמַטָּה, וּמִצְטַיֶּרֶת אוֹתָהּ הָרוּחַ לְמַטָּה בַּבְּהֵמוֹת. וְכַאֲשֶׁר חָטָא הָאָדָם, מֵבִיא בְּהֵמָה לְקָרְבָּן, וְאוֹתָהּ הָרוּחַ שֶׁל בְּהֵמָה זוֹ עוֹלָה וְחוֹזֶרֶת לִמְקוֹמָהּ, וּמִתְפַּשֶּׁטֶת אוֹתָהּ הָרוּחַ בְּכֻלָּם. וְכָל אֵלּוּ מִסּוּג זֶה מִתְקָרְבִים וּבָאִים וְנֶהֱנִים מֵאוֹתוֹ חֵלֶב וְדָם שֶׁהָיָה לְבוּשׁ שֶׁל רוּחַ זוֹ, שֶׁהֲרֵי מִצַּד שֶׁלָּהֶם הָיְתָה (בִּגְלַל) אוֹתָהּ הָרוּחַ (שֶׁלָּהֶם). וְכֻלָּם נֶהֱנוּ וְנִזּוֹנוּ וְנַעֲשׂוּ סָנֵגוֹרִים עַל אוֹתוֹ הָאָדָם. וְנִכְנָס דֶּרֶךְ הַוֵּשֶׁט, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנִּתְבָּאֵר. וּמִשּׁוּם זֶה הַקָּרְבָּן מִן הַבְּהֵמָה.<\/p>\n

532. אָמַר רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן, בָּרוּךְ בְּנִי לְהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא, עָלֶיךָ נֶאֱמַר (משלי כג) יִשְׂמַח אָבִיךָ וְאִמֶּךָ וְתָגֵל יוֹלַדְתֶּךָ. יִשְׂמַח אָבִיךָ – שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה. וְאִמֶּךָ – זוֹ כְּנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל. וְתָגֵל יוֹלַדְתֶּךָ – זוֹ בִּתּוֹ שֶׁל רַבִּי פִּנְחָס שֶׁל יָאִיר הֶחָסִיד. אֶלְעָזָר בְּנִי, אֱמֹר, זֶה קָרְבַּן בְּהֵמָה, קָרְבַּן הָעוֹף מַהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב (ויקרא א) וְאִם מִן הָעוֹף עֹלָה קָרְבָּנוֹ? אָמַר לוֹ, לֹא רָאִיתִי, אֲבָל הִסְתַּכַּלְתִּי מִדָּבָר זֶה שֶׁל הַבְּהֵמָה, דָּבָר שֶׁל עוֹפוֹת. וְלֹא אַחֵר, וְלֹא אֹמַר, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁלֹּא רָאִיתִי, וְעַד כָּאן לֹא שָׁמַעְתִּי.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Pinchas 530-532<\/strong>
\nContinued from previous DZ<\/p>\n

The word for animal is בהמה and it has numerical value of 52 (small number = 7), which is the same as the name YHVH<\/a> that represents Malchut<\/a> יוד-הה-וו-הה.<\/p>\n

This name is called the double name because it is spelled with double letters. The Yod י is spelled יוד with numerical value of 20, that is equal to two Yods יי.<\/p>\n

Malchut<\/a> reflects all the levels above it and reveals them. It is like a light traveling in dark space. You wouldn’t know of its existence until it reflects from an object.<\/p>\n

Psalms 50:10<\/a>
\n“ כִּי-לִי כָל-חַיְתוֹ-יָעַר; בְּהֵמוֹת, בְּהַרְרֵי-אָלֶף”
\n“For every beast of the forest is Mine, and the cattle (animals) upon a thousand hills.”<\/p>\n

The Zohar reveals that ‘thousand hills’ is the aspect of Chokmah<\/a> that comes down on the left column<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Deuteronomy 4:24<\/a>
\n“כִּי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ, אֵשׁ אֹכְלָה הוּא: אֵל, קַנָּא”
\n“For YHVH<\/a> your God is a devouring fire, a jealous (cleansing) God.”<\/p>\n

The fire transforms matter to spirit and the spirit of the animal בהמה, ascends to its upper place. The ‘other side<\/a>’ connects to the fat and blood of the animal that give them light from the left column<\/a>. This nourishment makes them happy and they remove the judgment that they hold against the person.<\/p>\n

Summary: the slaughtering and burning of the animal on the altar opens a channel of light between the upper and lower levels. The light that is revealed cleanses the impurities from the person of the group that is connected to that consciousness.<\/p>\n

The Hebrew letters<\/a> create the foundation to make that spiritual connection. We study above, the power of the word בהמה, animal that helps us bridge spiritual levels. To that word we add fire אש, which is transformation and consciousness to bring the light to the vessel.<\/p>\n

Psalms 36:7<\/a>
\n“אָדָם וּבְהֵמָה תוֹשִׁיעַ יְהוָה”
\n“man (אדם) and beast (בהמה) you will save, YHVH<\/a>”
\nMan אדם is the aspect of Zeir Anpin<\/a>, numerically 45 as the name יוד-הא-ואו-הא
\nAnd beast, בהמה, is numerically 52 as explained above יוד-הה-וו-הה.<\/p>\n

This verse tells us that in the Final Redemption YHVH<\/a> will connect the two together for continuous flow of Light.<\/p>\n

The Holy Temple was destroyed and there is no altar to bring sacrifices to cleanse our impurities, but we have the Zohar. All the secrets of the Torah that we study from the Zohar are like many sacrifices that we bring to the altar. They open channels of light for us and for the entire world.<\/p>\n
