551. מִכָּאן וּלְהָלְאָה יֹאמַר אָדָם צָרוֹת שֶׁלּוֹ בּוֹ (שֶׁל לִבּוֹ), זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב (שם כ) יַעַנְךָ ה’ בְּיוֹם צָרָה. (צָרָה) כְּעֻבָּרָה שֶׁיּוֹשֶׁבֶת בְּצָרָה, כְּדֵי לְהַפֵּךְ אֶת כֻּלָּם לִהְיוֹת סָנֵגוֹרִים עַל הָאָדָם. וְעַל זֶה כָּתוּב (תהלים קמד) אַשְׁרֵי הָעָם שֶׁכָּכָה לּוֹ וְגוֹ’.<\/p>\n

552. רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן הָיָה הוֹלֵךְ לִטְבֶרְיָה. פָּגַע בּוֹ אֵלִיָּהוּ, אָמַר לוֹ, שָׁלוֹם עָלֶיךָ מוֹרִי. אָמַר לוֹ רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן, בַּמָּה עוֹסֵק הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא בָּרָקִיעַ? אָמַר לוֹ, בְּקָרְבָּנוֹת עוֹסֵק, וְאוֹמֵר דְּבָרִים חֲדָשִׁים מִשִּׁמְךָ. אַשְׁרֶיךָ! וּבָאתִי לְהַקְדִּים לְךָ שָׁלוֹם, וְדָבָר אֶחָד רוֹצֶה אֲנִי לִשְׁאֹל מִמְּךָ לְהַסְכִּים; בַּיְשִׁיבָה שֶׁל הָרָקִיעַ שָׁאֲלוּ שְׁאֵלוֹת: הָעוֹלָם הַבָּא אֵין בּוֹ אֲכִילָה וּשְׁתִיָּה, וַהֲרֵי כָּתוּב (שיר השירים ה) בָּאתִי לְגַנִּי אֲחֹתִי כַלָּה וְגוֹ’, אָכַלְתִּי יַעְרִי עִם דִּבְשִׁי וְגוֹ’. מִי שֶׁאֵין בּוֹ אֲכִילָה וּשְׁתִיָּה, הוּא אוֹמֵר אָכַלְתִּי יַעְרִי עִם דִּבְשִׁי שָׁתִיתִי יֵינִי עִם חֲלָבִי?!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Pinchas 551-552<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rabbi Shimon was walking on the way to Tiberia, Elijah the prophet met him and said “Shalom on you my teacher”. Rabbi Shimon asked him to what God is doing in the heavens and Elijah answered that God is dealing with sacrifices and quoted new revelations from Rabbi Shimon.<\/p>\n

The story doesn’t sound believable. Elijah was teaching Rabbi Shimon throughout the Zohar and why is he calling him ‘My Teacher’ here?<\/p>\n

Than Elijah said that God is quoting new revelations from Rabbi Shimon.<\/p>\n

When we learn something new from someone else he becomes our teacher even if it is for a short time. Giving that respect opens a proper channel to absorb the new knowledge. Rabbi Shimon’s new revelations made him a teacher for the upper worlds. It is no wonder that when he passed away 70 great souls from heavens came to escort his soul on the way up.<\/p>\n

Rabbi Shimon made himself a pure channel of the light. He could use the light and easily find more sources of light. If we tap into a great source of power we can do a lot more to manifest it and create new things. The kindergarten teacher gives the kids play dough. Each of them can create new and different shapes as they are capable of imagining and forming.<\/p>\n

We make progress using energies from around us to form new things. They are all pieces of the ‘play dough’ that God gave us. These new things at the fundamental level, existed at the time of creation. The ‘new’ aspect of it is what and how we use it in our actions.<\/p>\n

The explanation above was just on a material level. Rabbi Shimon could control the flow of light as he wanted and could make more ‘play dough’. He revealed the Torah secrets and created new channels of Light to the world. God, like a good father, hid his treasures from his son, giving him the opportunity to earn and own them by digging them out.<\/p>\n

When we study the Zohar we connect to the same channels of Lights that Rabbi Shimon opened for us. Repeating the study gives us more levels of depth in understanding and connecting to the Torah that is the aspect of the Tree of Life<\/a>.<\/p>\n
