\n644. וְאֶחָד מִי שֶׁזּוֹרֵק לֶחֶם אוֹ פֵּרוּרִים שֶׁל לֶחֶם בַּקַּרְקַּע וְעוֹשֶׂה בּוֹ זִלְזוּל, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנִּתְבָּאֵר. אֵלּוּ הַשְּׁנַיִם בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה. וְאֶחָד בָּעוֹלָם הַהוּא – מִי שֶׁמַּדְלִיק נֵר בְּמוֹצָאֵי שַׁבָּת טֶרֶם מַגִּיעִים יִשְׂרָאֵל לִקְדֻשָּׁא דְסִדְרָא, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁמְּחַלֵּל שַׁבָּת, וְגוֹרֵם לָאֵשׁ שֶׁל הַגֵּיהִנָּם לִדְלֹק טֶרֶם הִגִּיעַ זְמַנּוֹ.

\nContinued from previous DZ<\/p>\n

Another action that causes us harm is throwing bread and wasting it with contempt.
\nWe studied in previous DZ that God himself is appointed over the energy of grains that make bread. When we don’t treat it with the understanding of its energy or dispose it as any other garbage then we get the same ‘treatment’ back.
\nWe should share our bread and leftovers. It should be disposed by feeding to birds, fish or any way that will become beneficial for others. <\/p>\n

The third action that causes us harm in the next world is setting fire before Shabbat is over.
\nDuring Shabbat the cleansing process in the next world, aka hell, is at rest but after Shabbat it is restored. A person who sets fire on Shabbat is ‘rewarded’ by having the fire of ‘hell’ set on himself.
\n‘Hell’ is a cleansing process that removes negativities from the soul before continuing to the next incarnation. Fire is a force of transformation and setting fire on Shabbat is the ‘heaviest’ element of breaking Shabbat.<\/p>\n
