851. וְהִיא מִצְוָה שְׁמִינִית, מְזוּזָה. הַשְּׁכִינָה נִקְרֵאת מְזוּזָה מִצַּד הָעַמּוּד הָאֶמְצָעִי שֶׁל אוֹתִיּוֹת יְהֹוָ”ה. וּמִצַּד שֶׁל צַדִּיק, סוֹד הַבְּרִית, נִקְרֵאת שַׁדַּי. שַׁדַּי חוֹתֶמֶת הַמֶּלֶךְ, שֶׁהוּא יְהֹוָה.
\n852. מִצְוָה תְּשִׁיעִית, הַשְּׁכִינָה נִקְרֵאת אוֹת בְּרִית מִצַּד שֶׁל צַדִּיק יְסוֹד עוֹלָם. (בראשית ט) זֹאת אוֹת הַבְּרִית. (שמות לא) בֵּינִי, הָעַמּוּד הָאֶמְצָעִי, וּבֵין בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל, נֵצַח וְהוֹד. אוֹת – זֶה צַדִּיק. הִיא – זוֹ הַשְּׁכִינָה. כִּי שֵׁשֶׁת יָמִים עָשָׂה ה’ אֶת הַשָּׁמַיִם – מִכֶּתֶר עַד הָעַמּוּד הָאֶמְצָעִי. שֶׁאֵין שִׁשָּׁה בְּכָל מָקוֹם אֶלָּא מִצַּד הָאוֹת ו’. וְאֵין שְׁבִיעִי אֶלָּא מִצַּד הָאוֹת י’, עֲטָרָה עַל רֹאשׁוֹ חָכְמָה עֶלְיוֹנָה, אוֹת הוּא. חָכְמָה תַּחְתּוֹנָה, אוֹת הִיא.
\n853. וְתִקְּנוּ לָמוּל לִשְׁמוֹנָה, שֶׁהֵם ח’, מֵחָכְמָה עַד יְסוֹד. לְקַבֵּל בָּהֶם י’ קְטַנָּה, לְהַעֲלוֹת אוֹתָהּ עַד כֶּתֶר, לִהְיוֹת עֲטָרָה עַל רֹאשָׁם. וְתִקְּנוּ לָשִׂים הָעָרְלָה בִּכְלִי עָפָר, לְקַיֵּם (ישעיה סה) וְנָחָשׁ עָפָר לַחְמוֹ.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Pinchas 851-853<\/strong><\/p>\n

The eighth<\/strong> special precept is the Mezuzah.<\/p>\n

The Mezuzot (Plural for Mezuzah) that we put on our door posts have the power to remove death. The word מזזות has the letters of זז מות, meaning moving away death.
\nThe door and gate posts are the aspect of the gate that brings the light from the upper three Sefirot to the lower seven. The home is the dwelling place of the Shechina and we should protect it with the holy name שדי that is the force at the supernal<\/a> gates. The numerical value of שדי is the same as for the archangel Metatron. (This name is very high and should not be pronounced as it reads. Use ‘Metat’ as the short version of the name.)
\nThe right and left sides of the gates are the aspects of Netzach<\/a> and Hod<\/a> and the passage in the middle is Yessod<\/a>. To keep the protection, there should be only truth in the home. With that, we block the negativity from entering. Outside is the aspect of Malchut<\/a> of the other side<\/a> and inside is the place for the light and the Shechina. If there is any negativity inside the home it creates affinity with the outside negativity and the protection of the Mezuzah weakens.
\nIt is good to check the Mezuzah if you feel that its energy of protection weakened. There could be faded letters or even broken ones in the inner scrolls. In such cases the scroll in the Mezuzah should be replaced.<\/p>\n

The ninth<\/strong> special precept is the Shechina that is called ‘sign of the covenant’ from the side of the Yessod<\/a>.
\nExodus 31:17<\/a>
\n” בֵּינִי, וּבֵין בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל–אוֹת הִוא, לְעֹלָם”
\n” It is a sign between Me and the children of Israel<\/a> for ever”<\/p>\n

This verse indicates that the Shabbat is a sign between God as the central column, Zeir Anpin<\/a>, and the children of Israel<\/a> as the aspect of the Sefirot of Netzach<\/a> and Hod<\/a>. The אות ‘sign’ is the aspect of Yessod<\/a> that is between Netzach<\/a> and Hod<\/a>.
\nThe circumcision<\/a> is the precept that is a process of removing the Kllipot of Yessod<\/a> from the newly born child. A proper circumcision<\/a> process will open a channel for the Israelite child connecting to the Shechina. It is done on the eight day because it reveals the light of Chokmah<\/a>, which is represented by the letter Yod י of the YHVH<\/a> name on the level of Yessod<\/a> that is the eighth Sefirah from Chokmah<\/a>.
\nThe Shabbat is our connection to the Shechina after six working days that is the process of connecting to the six Sefirot of Zeir Anpin<\/a>. A unification between Yessod<\/a> (man) and Malchut<\/a> (woman) is on the highest level of Shabbat (Friday night) because the Shechina and the energy level is of Binah<\/a>.<\/p>\n
