Daily Zohar -148.\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tikkun #13<\/strong> continue<\/p>\n<p>The five levels of the soul have foundations in the heart to bring the spiritual work into &ldquo;life&rdquo;.<br>\nThe sages said that the heart listens, sees, and hears. Those are the first three, then we have the fourth, which is the vapor of the mouth in Hebrew &#1492;&#1489;&#1500; and have the same letters as &ldquo;the Heart&rdquo;, &#1492;&#1500;&#1489;. It is the &#1512;&#1493;&#1495;, wind, &ldquo;spirit&rdquo;, from the heart and from it comes the sound, utter, words. The fifth is the thoughts of the heart as it said in Psalms, &ldquo;Many are the thoughts in a man&rsquo;s heart&hellip;&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The arteries are the soldiers that follow their king, which is the heart with the five levels of control. Like, as the wind blows they follow the direction of the heart and spread the energy throughout the body. The blood is at the level of <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Soul levels&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Soul levels&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Nefesh&amp;lt;\/strong&amp;gt; is the lower level of Light in the body but is the most important to sustain the life of a person. The Liver is the control center of the Nefesh in the body.&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Ruach&amp;lt;\/strong&amp;gt; is higher and comes from Zeir Anpin. We achieve this additional light in this world by following the ways of the Torah with the general rule &amp;quot;Do good and avoid bad&rdquo;. The Heart is the center for the Ruach.&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Neshama&amp;lt;\/strong&amp;gt; is the highest level of Light that can be achieved in this world. Righteous people that already have the level of Ruach and act selflessly for the benefit of others, can achieve the level of Neshama. Since it&rsquo;s the highest level, it connects to the brain.The higher-level of the soul controls the level below it. Neshamah and Ruach can leave the person if he loses the righteous path. The level of Nefesh is removed only at the time of death, meaning when the heart stops and there is no blood circulation in the body.The other two levels of the soul are Chaya and Yechida, but they can only connect to the soul outside the body because their level of purity can not have a physical connection in this world.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=soul-levels\" data-gt-translate-attributes=\"[{&quot;attribute&quot;:&quot;data-cmtooltip&quot;, &quot;format&quot;:&quot;html&quot;}]\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Nefesh<\/a> and it carries and manifests the energy coming out of the heart.<\/p>\n<p>The actions of speaking vibrates in the walls of the  lungs. It feeds the heart by sending fire energy through the blood from the lung and then to the whole body.<\/p>\n<p>The thought that comes out from the mind and is spoken out affects our physical being directly.<\/p>\n<p>Choose your words wisely.
