In the process of the shaking we move the Lulav away from us, shake it three time and bring it back to our chest. This action takes us with the tool of Lulav up to the spiritual dimension and bring back inner light.<\/p>\n<p>From the point of our being, spiritually is always in the up direction, which is far from the gravity of the body and its consciousness.<\/p>\n<p>The different directions connect us to different types of energy. Going down hill is easy. The force of gravity is happy to take you down. It needs mass to grow.<\/p>\n<p>There is no falling down unless you take it physically and stay down.
