1. פָּתַח רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן וְאָמַר, וְאֵלֶּה הַמִּשְׁפָּטִים אֲשֶׁר תָּשִׂים לִפְנֵיהֶם. תַּרְגּוּם: וְאִלֵּין דִּינַיָּא דִּי תַסְדַּר קֳדָמֵיהוֹן. אֵלֶּה אוֹתָם סִדּוּרִים שֶׁל הַגִּלְגּוּל, דִּינֵי הַנְּשָׁמוֹת שֶׁנִּדּוֹנוּ כָּל אֶחָד וְאֶחָד לְקַבֵּל עָנְשׁוֹ.
\n2. כִּי תִקְנֶה עֶבֶד עִבְרִי שֵׁשׁ שָׁנִים יַעֲבֹד וּבַשְּׁבִיעִית יֵצֵא לַחָפְשִׁי חִנָּם. חֲבֵרִים, הַזְּמַן כָּעֵת לְגַלּוֹת כַּמָּה סוֹדוֹת נִסְתָּרִים שֶׁל הַגִּלְגּוּל. כִּי תִקְנֶה עֶבֶד עִבְרִי שֵׁשׁ שָׁנִים יַעֲבֹד, כְּשֶׁהַנְּשָׁמָה הִתְחַיְּבָה בְּגִלְגּוּל, אִם הִיא מִצַּד אוֹתוֹ הָעֶבֶד מטטרו”ן, שֶׁהוּא כּוֹלֵל שִׁשָּׁה צְדָדִים, כָּתוּב בּוֹ שֵׁשׁ שָׁנִים יַעֲבֹד. גִּלְגּוּלִים שֶׁלָּהּ לֹא מִתְחַיֶּבֶת אֶלָּא שֵׁשׁ שָׁנִים, עַד שֶׁמַּשְׁלִימָה שֵׁשׁ דְּרָגוֹת מֵאוֹתוֹ הַמָּקוֹם שֶׁנִּלְקְחָה.
\n3. אֲבָל אִם הַנְּשָׁמָה הִיא מִצַּד הַשְּׁכִינָה שֶׁהִיא שְׁבִיעִית, וַדַּאי מַה כָּתוּב? וּבַשְּׁבִיעִית יֵצֵא לַחָפְשִׁי חִנָּם. שֶׁצַּדִּיק וַדַּאי אֵין בּוֹ מְלָאכָה, וְכֵיוָן שֶׁאֵין בּוֹ מְלָאכָה, אֵין בּוֹ שִׁעְבּוּד. וְהַנְּשָׁמָה שֶׁהִיא מִשָּׁם, נֶאֱמַר בָּהּ וּבַשְּׁבִיעִית יֵצֵא לַחָפְשִׁי חִנָּם, אֵין בָּהּ שִׁעְבּוּד.
\n4. בֵּין כָּךְ יָרַד הַזָּקֵן אֵלָיו, אָמַר לוֹ, אִם כָּךְ רַבִּי, מַה תּוֹסֶפֶת לַנְּשָׁמָה שֶׁהִיא מִמֶּנָּה, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר בָּהּ (שמות כ) לֹא תַעֲשֶׂה כָל מְלָאכָה אַתָּה וּבִנְךָ וּבִתֶּךָ עַבְדְּךָ וְגוֹ’?<\/div>\n

Zohar Mishpatim – 1<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Zohar reveals to us that the portion of Mishpatim conceals the secrets of the reincarnation process and its different causes.<\/p>\n

Genesis 2:7<\/a>
\n“וַיִּיצֶר יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים אֶת-הָאָדָם, עָפָר מִן-הָאֲדָמָה, וַיִּפַּח בְּאַפָּיו, נִשְׁמַת חַיִּים; וַיְהִי הָאָדָם, לְנֶפֶשׁ חַיָּה”
\n“Then YHVH<\/a> God formed the man out of the dust from the ground and breathed the breath of life into his nostrils, and the man became a living being. ”<\/p>\n

This verse teaches us that there are two elements to human beings. The first element is a body that comes from the ground, which is physical, and the second element is the soul that gives life to the body. The soul comes from God, and therefore, it’s not destructible.<\/p>\n

Then God put man in the Garden of Eden and gave him straightforward instructions. Eat from everything in the Garden except the Tree of Knowledge, Good and Bad. Adam had six hours to stay away from connecting to the Tree of Knowledge, and if he were to succeed, he would have completed the Tikkun of the entire Creation. Because he failed, we inherited the correction process<\/a> for six thousand years.<\/p>\n

Please don’t blame Adam because he was destined to fail so we can all enjoy the Final Redemption. Just keep working on your Tikun<\/a> and help others with theirs. Together with the Zohar, we will get there.<\/p>\n

The Zohar opens with “Rabbi Shimon opened and said:”<\/strong>
\n“וְאֵלֶּה הַמִּשְׁפָּטִים אֲשֶׁר תָּשִׂים לִפְנֵיהֶם” “And these are the judgments that you shall set before them” (Exodus 21:1<\/a>).<\/em><\/p>\n

The Zohar on Mishpatim<\/strong> teaches that human free will is central to spiritual judgment<\/strong>. Before a soul enters this world, it is given a glimpse of its potential fate<\/strong>—both the reward for righteousness<\/strong> and the consequences of wickedness<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
