It didn&rsquo;t exist before the first Shabbat.<br>\nWhen we keep the Shabbat we rest from the Tikkun process and are able to connect to the blessing that God gave on Shabbat. There are different levels of keeping the Shabbat and the most important are to avoid starting new things, not to buy new things and not to set fire on Shabbat.<br>\nInitiating, producing or buying new things activate the Tikkun process and disconnect us from the blessing of Shabbat.<br>\nFire has the power to transform elements from one state to another creating new state of existence. If the fire was not ready before Shabbat with the exact plan on how to use it then it should not be set new.<\/p>\n<p>Another important aspect of keeping Shabbat is to avoid arguments and above all avoid anger. It is like setting the body and soul on fire and it creates negative change in the body and soul.<\/p>\n<p>To connect to the blessing of Shabbat at the level of <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Binah&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;When it is related to the Sefirot, &amp;#039;Mother&amp;#039; represents Binah. Also called Sea, source of &amp;#039;rivers&amp;#039;, from where Light flows to the lower worlds.
