1. וַיְדַבֵּר ה’ אֶל מֹשֶׁה בְּהַר סִינַי לֵאמֹר. דַּבֵּר אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם כִּי תָבֹאוּ אֶל הָאָרֶץ וְגוֹ’. רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר פָּתַח, (ויקרא ו) זֹאת תּוֹרַת הָעֹלָה הִיא הָעֹלָה וְגוֹ’. פָּסוּק זֶה בִּכְנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל בֵּאַרְנוּ, שֶׁהִיא עוֹלָה וּמִתְחַבֶּרֶת עִם הַמֶּלֶךְ הַקָּדוֹשׁ בְּזִוּוּג שָׁלֵם.
\n2. הִיא הָעֹלָה עַל מוֹקְדָה עַל הַמִּזְבֵּחַ כָּל הַלַּיְלָה וְגוֹ’. בֹּא רְאֵה, כֵּיוָן שֶׁנִּכְנָס הַלַּיְלָה וְהַשְּׁעָרִים סְתוּמִים, הַדִּינִים הַתַּחְתּוֹנִים מִתְעוֹרְרִים בָּעוֹלָם, וְהוֹלְכִים וּמְשׁוֹטְטִים חֲמוֹרִים וַאֲתוֹנוֹת וּכְלָבִים. חֲמוֹרִים הֲרֵי בֵּאַרְנוּ, וּכְלָבִים וַאֲתוֹנוֹת לֹא מְשׁוֹטְטִים וְלֹא הוֹלְכִים, אֶלָּא בָּהֶם עוֹשִׂים כְּשָׁפִים לִבְנֵי אָדָם, כְּמוֹ בִּלְעָם, וּפֵרְשׁוּהָ. אָז כָּל בְּנֵי הָעוֹלָם יְשֵׁנִים, וְהַמִּזְבֵּחַ הַתַּחְתּוֹן הַחִיצוֹן שׂוֹרֵף.

Zohar Behar<\/strong><\/p>\n

Leviticus 6:2<\/a>
\n“זֹאת תּוֹרַת הָעֹלָה הִוא הָעֹלָה עַל מוֹקְדָה עַל-הַמִּזְבֵּחַ כָּל-הַלַּיְלָה, עַד-הַבֹּקֶר וְאֵשׁ הַמִּזְבֵּחַ, תּוּקַד בּוֹ”
\n“ This is the law of the burnt-offering: it is that which goes up on its firewood upon the altar all night unto the morning; and the fire of the altar shall be kept burning thereby”<\/p>\n

When the night comes down, the gates are closed and lower judgments awakened in the world. Donkeys, female donkeys and dogs are used for witchcraft on people. Like Balaam who was riding (had sex with) his female donkey. The use of animals for impure actions draws strong negative forces that can be used by evil people for witchcraft against others.
\nThe fire on the outside alter in the Holy Temple was burning all night to remove and protect from these forces.
\nThe Zohar reveals that at midnight a special spirit awakened from the North (Gevurah<\/a>) and a flame of fire from the altar in the Holy Temple comes out, pushes away the judgments and opens the gates of the Garden of Eden.
\nThat spirit spreads to all direction. Roosters are tuned to this energy and after midnight they flip their wings and crow (make their sound).<\/p>\n

Righteous people wake up to the crow of the rooster and start their night study until morning.
\nRooster in Hebrew is גבר, same letters as for ‘a man’, also the root name for גבורה<\/a> Gevurah<\/a>. גבר also means increase of force. The Light that begins to appear after midnight is growing until the sun comes out.<\/p>\n
