Zohar Bechukotai<\/strong>
\nContinued from previous DZ<\/p>\n

The Zohar explains that the Israelites<\/a> had protection of the Holy Tabernacle. In it there were the tools used in the process of the High Priest to make connection to the Light. Another protection tool was the Ketoret<\/a>, a mix of eleven incenses that were burnt daily in front of the Tabernacle. They had the power to block and remove negativity and bring peace to the world.
\nThe daily sacrifices, the table and the 12 ‘inner breads’, the Ark and the two tablets, and the daily prayers that Aaron was conducting were to remove all impurities from the people.
\nWhen Balaam came to curse the Israelites<\/a> and saw all of these protection tools he knew that he wouldn’t be able to harm the Israelites<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In Numbers 23:23<\/a> we read his words;
\n“כִּי לֹא-נַחַשׁ בְּיַעֲקֹב, וְלֹא-קֶסֶם בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל”
\n“No curse can touch Jacob; no magic has any power against Israel<\/a>. ”<\/p>\n

Because Numbers 23:21<\/a>
\n“ יְהוָה אֱלֹהָיו עִמּוֹ, וּתְרוּעַת מֶלֶךְ בּוֹ.”
\n“YHVH<\/a> their God is with them, and the triumphant cry of a king is among them”<\/p>\n

We don’t have the Holy Temple and the work of the priests<\/a> to protect us, but we do have the prayers and the Zohar that reveal these specific forces of protection from the words of the Torah.<\/p>\n

We should remember that the Torah is one whole system. The 22 Hebrew letters<\/a> form 231 pairs. They are called ‘gates’ because they connect us to the light. When God says “Let There be Light” “יהי אור”, we find the numerical value of 232. That is 231 for the ‘gates’ that represent vessels of Light and 1 for the Light that feeds everything. 232 is the numerical value of God’s names that represent the four worlds of Emanation<\/a> 72 ע”ב, Creation 63 ס”ג, Formation 45 מ”ה and Action 52 ב”נ.<\/p>\n

The Torah is considered one whole name of God because without the Light the letters have no existence.
\nWe should study the entire Torah through the Zohar. With every study we add another protection layer to our souls. It purifies us and earns us the merit of Immortality after the coming of Mashiach, in this life time or the next. Don’t miss any daily study because your (immortal) life depends on it.<\/p>\n
