10. קֹדֶשׁ עֶלְיוֹן יָדוּעַ, קֹדֶשׁ תַּחְתּוֹן חָכְמַת שְׁלֹמֹה, כָּךְ גַּם הִיא מְזֻמֶּנֶת לְכָל חֵילֶיהָ, וְאוֹתָם חֲיָלוֹת כֻּלָּם עֲתִידִים לְהִתְעַטֵּר בְּקֹדֶשׁ תַּחְתּוֹן זֶה בִּזְמַן שֶׁמּוֹעֵד שָׁרוּי בָּעוֹלָם. וּכְמוֹ שֶׁחֵילֶיהָ עוֹמְדִים לְמַעְלָה, כָּךְ גַּם עוֹמְדִים מְמֻנֵּי הָעַמִּים כְּדֻגְמָתָהּ לְמַטָּה, וְעַל זֶה נִקְרְאוּ קְרִאֵי מוֹעֵד. וּמִשּׁוּם שֶׁהֵם לְמַטָּה, קְרִאֵי מוֹעֵד חָסֵר, (כְּמוֹ שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה) אֲבָל הֵם בִּשְׁלֵמוּת יְתֵרָה.
\n11. אַנְשֵׁי שֵׁם וַדַּאי, וְלֹא אַנְשֵׁי ה’. וְזֶהוּ סוֹד (ויקרא כד) בְּנָקְבוֹ שֵׁם יוּמָת, וּבֵאַרְנוּ, וְעַל זֶה נִקְרָא כָּאן אַנְשֵׁי שֵׁם וַדַּאי. כֵּיוָן שֶׁמִּצַּד הַגְּבוּרָה בָּאִים, אַנְשֵׁי שֵׁם הֵם, הֲרֵי שִׁבְחָם יָתֵר, אֲבָל הֵם לָקְחוּ לְעַצְמָם וְנֶאֶחְזוּ בְמַחֲלֹקֶת.
\n12. בֹּקֶר וְיֹדַע ה’ אֶת אֲשֶׁר לוֹ. לָמָּה בֹּקֶר? וְלָמָּה קָדוֹשׁ וְלֹא טָהוֹר? אֶלָּא הֵם בָּאוּ מִצַּד שֶׁל טָהוֹר, וְקָדוֹשׁ הַכֹּהֵן. אָמַר מֹשֶׁה, בֹּקֶר, כְּשֶׁכֶּתֶר הַכֹּהֵן מִתְעוֹרֵר בָּעוֹלָם – אִם אַתֶּם כֹּהֲנִים, הֲרֵי בֹּקֶר, עִבְדוּ עֲבוֹדַת הַבֹּקֶר, וְאָז וְיֹדַע ה’ אֶת אֲשֶׁר לוֹ וְאֶת הַקָּדוֹשׁ. אֶת אֲשֶׁר לוֹ – סְתָם, זֶה הַלְוִיִּם. וְאֶת הַקָּדוֹשׁ – זֶה הַכֹּהֵן. אָז וְהִקְרִיב אֵלָיו. וְאֵין מִי שֶׁיַּבְחִין בַּדָּבָר אֶלָּא בֹּקֶר. אִם תִּהְיוּ רְאוּיִים לְהִשָּׁאֵר בְּצַד הַדִּין, בֹּקֶר לֹא יִסְבֹּל אֶתְכֶם, שֶׁהֲרֵי לֹא זְמַנּוֹ הוּא. וְאִם תִּתְרָאוּ לְהִשָּׁאֵר בְּחֶסֶד, הֲרֵי זְמַנּוֹ הוּא, וְתִשָּׁאֲרוּ אֶצְלוֹ וִיקַבֵּל אֶתְכֶם.<\/div>\n

Zohar Korach<\/strong><\/p>\n

Korach came to Moses with complaints together with 250 leaders of communities. They were part of the assembly that was called by Moses on special events.
\nNumbers 16:2<\/a>
\n“וַיָּקֻמוּ לִפְנֵי מֹשֶׁה, וַאֲנָשִׁים מִבְּנֵי-יִשְׂרָאֵל חֲמִשִּׁים וּמָאתָיִם, נְשִׂיאֵי עֵדָה קְרִאֵי מוֹעֵד, אַנְשֵׁי-שֵׁם”
\n“And they rose up before Moses, with a number of the people of Israel<\/a>, 250 chiefs of the congregation, chosen from the assembly (קְרִאֵי מוֹעֵד) , well-known men (literally ‘people of name’)”
\nThe Zohar brings our attention to the words קְרִאֵי מוֹעֵד, ‘assembly’, that misses the letter Yod י. They were spiritually high but because they chose to be with Korach they separated themselves as the aspect of Malchut<\/a> from Zeir Anpin<\/a> that is the aspect of Moses.
\nThe Yod represents the 10 Sefirot and the act of separation took away the Yod from their title.<\/p>\n

Lesson: Each one of us must be responsible for their actions. Following a leader without personal responsibility can take us to the ground as it happened with Korach and his followers.
\nWe should choose to follow those who are pure in their hearts and actions. Some leaders may be like the Pied Piper of Hamelin with a nice tune to follow but the destination is bleak.<\/p>\n
