12. מִי שֶׁעוֹמֵד בַּתְּפִלָּה צָרִיךְ לְסַדֵּר שֶׁבַח רִבּוֹנוֹ בַּתְּחִלָּה, וְאַחַר כָּךְ יְבַקֵּשׁ בַּקָּשָׁתוֹ. שֶׁהֲרֵי מֹשֶׁה כָּךְ אָמַר בַּתְּחִלָּה, אַתָּה הַחִלּוֹתָ וְגוֹ’, וּלְבַסּוֹף אֶעְבְּרָה וְגוֹ’. רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אָמַר, מַה שּׁוֹנֶה כָּאן שֶׁכָּתוּב אֲדֹנָ”י בַּהַתְחָלָה, בְּאָלֶ”ף דָּלֶ”ת נוּ”ן יוֹ”ד, וּלְבַסּוֹף יֱהֹוִ”ה, וְקוֹרְאִים אֱלֹהִי”ם? אֶלָּא הַסִּדּוּר כָּךְ הוּא – מִלְּמַטָּה לְמַעְלָה, וּלְהַכְלִיל מִדַּת יוֹם בַּלַּיְלָה וּמִדַּת לַיְלָה בַּיּוֹם, וּלְזַוֵּג הַכֹּל כְּאֶחָד כָּרָאוּי.
\n13. אַתָּה הַחִלּוֹתָ לְהַרְאוֹת אֶת עַבְדְּךָ. מָה הָרֵאשִׁית כָּאן? אֶלָּא וַדַּאי מֹשֶׁה רֵאשִׁית הָיָה בָּעוֹלָם לִהְיוֹת שָׁלֵם בַּכֹּל. וְאִם תֹּאמַר, יַעֲקֹב הָיָה שָׁלֵם, וְהָאִילָן הִשְׁתַּלֵּם לְמַטָּה כְּמוֹ לְמַעְלָה – כָּךְ זֶה בְּוַדַּאי, אֲבָל מַה שֶּׁהָיָה לְמֹשֶׁה לֹא הָיָה לְאָדָם אַחֵר, שֶׁהֲרֵי הִתְעַטֵּר בִּשְׁלֵמוּת יְתֵרָה בְּכַמָּה אֲלָפִים וּרְבָבוֹת מִיִּשְׂרָאֵל, בַּתּוֹרָה, בַּמִּשְׁכָּן, בַּכֹּהֲנִים, בַּלְוִיִּם, בַּשְּׁנֵים עָשָׂר שְׁבָטִים, גְּדוֹלִים מְמֻנִּים עֲלֵיהֶם, בְּשִׁבְעִים סַנְהֶדְרִין. הוּא הִשְׁתַּלֵּם בְּגוּף שָׁלֵם. אַהֲרֹן לְיָמִין , נַחְשׁוֹן לִשְׂמֹאל, וְהוּא בֵּינֵיהֶם.<\/div>\n

The prayer process is designed by the early sages to help us elevate spiritually from the lower to the upper levels, unify the light and vessel, and then draw the light down.<\/p>\n

Before we pray we should have the structure of the Tree of Life<\/a> and the four worlds (Action עשיה , Formation יצירה , Creation בריאה<\/a>, Emanation<\/a> אצילות ) in our minds. The process before the silent prayer elevates us from the lower world of Action, Malchut<\/a> to the world of Emanation<\/a>, Atziluth, Chokmah<\/a>.  During the silent prayer we bow down and rise four times to connect the lower name אדני ADNY and the higher name יהוה YHVH<\/a>. The first bow unifies the first two letters of the names,  א and י then הד, נו and הי.<\/p>\n

\"YA-HD-VN-HY\"<\/p>\n

When we answer Amen to blessings we also create unification of upper and lower. It gives us opportunity to unify the upper and lower names and reveal light in our lives and our environment.\"adny-yhvh\" ->\"YAHDVNHY\"<\/p>\n

When hear the leader of the prayers in the synagogue recite a blessing that begins with “Baruch ata….”, we should get ready to answer Amen immediately after each blessing. We don’t want to miss any of those opportunities. The preceding words of the blessings are the building blocks of the Vessel. The actual blessing of “Baruch ata…” invites the light to come to the vessel. Our ‘Amen’ brings the light into the vessel. The word Amen represents the two names, unifies them and manifest the light in our level, Malchut<\/a>.  ‘Amen’, אמן has the numerical value of 91.<\/p>\n

\"YAHDVNHY\"<\/p>\n

This is the form that we should mediate\/see in front of us when we say Amen.<\/p>\n

If you don’t see it on the walls of your synagogue then ask\/demand for it to be displayed. It’s very important kabbalistic tool that we can use often.<\/p>\n

The sequence for the Amen of the Kadish אידהונהי<\/p>\n

\"\"uses the same names but starts with the first letter of the lower name because the Kadish creates bridges between the different parts of the prayers. It helps us elevate from one world to the next.<\/p>\n
