The next day we start with explosions of blessings that is the event we call &ldquo;Simchat Torah&rdquo;, &ldquo;The Joy of Torah&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>On Simchat Torah, we take the Torah out of the Ark for the last reading. We do not follow the regular process of taking the Torah scroll directly to the reading table. On this day we make seven Hakafot, which is the march and dance with the Torah around the reading table.
