10. וַיְהִי מִקֵּץ שְׁנָתַיִם. רַבִּי חִיָּיא פָּתַח וְאָמַר, (משלי כט) מֶלֶךְ בְּמִשְׁפָּט יַעֲמִיד אָרֶץ וְאִישׁ תְּרוּמוֹת יֶהֶרְסֶנָּה. בֹּא רְאֵה, כְּשֶׁבָּרָא הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא אֶת הָעוֹלָם הָעֶלְיוֹן, הִתְקִין הַכֹּל כָּרָאוּי, וְהוֹצִיא אוֹרוֹת עֶלְיוֹנִים מְאִירִים לְכָל הַצְּדָדִים, וְהַכֹּל הוּא אֶחָד. וּבָרָא שָׁמַיִם שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה, וְאֶרֶץ שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה, לְתַקֵּן כֻּלָּם יַחַד לְתוֹעַלְתָּם שֶׁל הַתַּחְתּוֹנִים.
\n11. בֹּא רְאֵה, מֶלֶךְ בְּמִשְׁפָּט יַעֲמִיד אָרֶץ, מִי הַמֶּלֶךְ? זֶה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא. בְּמִשְׁפָּט – זֶה יַעֲקֹב, שֶׁהוּא הַקִּיּוּם שֶׁל הָאָרֶץ, וְעַל כֵּן ו’ נִזּוֹנֵית מֵה’ הָעֶלְיוֹנָה, ה’ הַתַּחְתּוֹנָה נִזּוֹנֵית מִן ו’, שֶׁקִּיּוּם הָאָרֶץ הוּא בְּמִשְׁפָּט, שֶׁהֲרֵי הַמִּשְׁפָּט יַעֲמִיד אָרֶץ בְּכָל תִּקּוּנֶיהָ וְזָן אוֹתָהּ.
\n12. דָּבָר אַחֵר, מֶלֶךְ – זֶה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא. בְּמִשְׁפָּט – זֶה יוֹסֵף. יַעֲמִיד אָרֶץ – שֶׁכָּתוּב (בראשית מא) וְכָל הָאָרֶץ בָּאוּ מִצְרַיְמָה לִשְׁבֹּר אֶל יוֹסֵף. וּמִשּׁוּם שֶׁהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא הִתְרַצָּה בְיַעֲקֹב, עָשָׂה אֶת יוֹסֵף שַׁלִּיט עַל הָאָרֶץ.<\/div>\n

Zohar Miketz<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proberbs 29:4<\/a>
\n“מֶלֶךְ–בְּמִשְׁפָּט, יַעֲמִיד אָרֶץ”
\n“By justice a king builds up the land,”<\/p>\n

‘King’ is the Holy One Bless be He, that is Binah<\/a> where the creating and life force come to the world. ‘Justice’, ‘משפט’, represents the balance of the Central Column, Zeir Anpin<\/a>, Jacob.
\nThe Light from Binah<\/a> comes to the world through Zeir Anpin<\/a> that sustains Malchut<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The first verse of the Torah conceals endless secrets among them the code letters for heaven and earth as we see below.<\/p>\n
