7. דָּבָר אַחֵר בִּטְחוּ בַה’ עֲדֵי עַד – כָּל יְמֵי הָאָדָם צָרִיךְ לְהִתְחַזֵּק בַּקָּדוֹשׁ- בָּרוּךְ-הוּא, [שֶׁכָּךְ אָמַר דָּוִד, (תהלים כה) אֱלֹהַי בְּךָ בָטַחְתִּי אַל אֵבוֹשָׁה אַל יַעַלְצוּ אוֹיְבַי לִי] וּמִי שֶׁשָּׂם בּוֹ בִּטְחוֹנוֹ וְתָקְפּוֹ כָּרָאוּי, לֹא יְכוֹלִים לְהָרַע לוֹ כָּל בְּנֵי הָעוֹלָם. \n8. מָה הַטַּעַם? מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהָעוֹלָם מִתְקַיֵּם בִּשְׁמוֹ הַקָּדוֹשׁ. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב כִּי בְּיָהּ ה’ צוּר עוֹלָמִים, צַיַּר הָעוֹלָמִים. שֶׁהֲרֵי בִּשְׁתֵּי אוֹתִיּוֹת נִבְרְאוּ הָעוֹלָמוֹת, הָעוֹלָם הַזֶּה וְהָעוֹלָם הַבָּא. הָעוֹלָם הַזֶּה נִבְרָא בְּדִין, וְעַל דִּין עוֹמֵד, זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב בְּרֵאשִׁית בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים. מָה הַטַּעַם? כְּדֵי שֶׁיִּנְהֲגוּ בְּנֵי אָדָם בְּדִין, וְלֹא יֵצְאוּ מֵהַדֶּרֶךְ הַחוּצָה.

Zohar Vaera<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n“בְּרֵאשִׁית, בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים”
\n“In the beginning God Created..”<\/p>\n

The Zohar teaches us that the name ‘God’, ‘אֱלֹהִים’, ELOHIM implies a decree of judgment. It means that the world was created with the aspect of judgment. People could follow the laws of the Torah to stay on the path and avoid the judgment.<\/p>\n

We were created as body and soul and a judgment must be present to force the two working together. Without the imposed decree that God made the body would not be able to exist.<\/p>\n

Everything created in this world was made by the name אֱלֹהִים, ELOHIM. The story of Creation in the beginning of the Torah has ten sayings of “and God (ELOHIM) said ‘Let there be…’”. These sayings are the aspect of the Ten Sefirot. They are ‘vessels’ that channel down for the Light of the Endless.<\/p>\n

YHVH<\/a> is the name that brings mercy to the world. It is the root of the Ten Sefirot and the 13 attributes of God<\/a> (YHVH<\/a>) that is light coming from the Endless.<\/p>\n
