Zohar Mishpatim<\/strong><\/p>\n

Leviticus 21:9<\/a> “וּבַת אִישׁ כֹּהֵן” “And the daughter of any priest,…”
\nLeviticus 22:12<\/a>
\n“וּבַת-כֹּהֵן–כִּי תִהְיֶה, לְאִישׁ זָר: הִוא, בִּתְרוּמַת הַקֳּדָשִׁים לֹא תֹאכֵל”
\n“If a priest’s daughter marries a foreigner, she may no longer eat the sacred offerings.”<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, the translation can not show the difference between the two forms of referring to the daughter of a priest. The Zohar explains that it is related to the three levels of the soul, Neshamah, Ruach<\/a>, and Nefesh<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When a couple gets together to have a unification for bringing a child to the world they draw a soul to the body. The type of the soul depends on their spiritual level and consciousness at the time of conception.
\nThe Zohar says “Woe to those who are not careful at the time of the unification”. They may connect with a ‘foreigner’ that is the evil inclination coming from the negative side. The daughter of a priest is the aspect of a pure soul that comes down to a body under the control of a ‘foreigner’. Because the negative force is already in the vessel, the soul can not have control and gives up to the body.<\/p>\n

This soul cannot complete its correction and can not enjoy the ‘sacred offering’, which is the reward of the world to come.<\/p>\n

When a couple comes together for unification to bring a new soul to the world they should be at the highest purity level, physically and spiritually. The room should be totally dark so the couple can focus on their spiritual desires to draw a high and pure soul. The physical desire is a distraction. It may bring greater sexual satisfaction but low-level spiritual connection and soul.<\/p>\n

Sexual connection is the aspect of unification of Yessod<\/a> and Malchut<\/a>. It is the aspect of drawing light to the vessel and even if the unification is not for having children it is better to focus on drawing spiritual energy. A life full of light together can bring fulfillment on a higher level than temporary physical pleasure.
\nA man should have pure consciousness and ‘prepare’ the woman for true love before sending his Yessod<\/a> to Malchut<\/a>.
\nA woman is the vessel and therefore has a stronger influence on it at the time of conception. Her consciousness has a greater impact on the type of soul drawn into the vessel. She should cooperate with her husband or postpone the connection to a better time if she is not well or ready to have a pure and ready vessel.
\nIt’s good for married couples to schedule specific dates during the purity period of the woman for unification. Both can prepare themselves spiritually and physically. ‘Quickies’, in most cases, don’t draw positive energy.<\/p>\n
