18. פָּתַח וְאָמַר, וְלָקַח לַמִּטַּהֵר שְׁתֵּי צִפֳּרִים חַיּוֹת טְהֹרוֹת וְעֵץ אֶרֶז וּשְׁנִי תוֹלַעַת וְאֵזוֹב. בֹּא רְאֵה, אָדָם שֶׁמִּשְׁתַּדֵּל בַּעֲבוֹדַת רִבּוֹנוֹ וּמִשְׁתַּדֵּל בַּתּוֹרָה, הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא שׁוֹרֶה עָלָיו, וְהַשְּׁכִינָה מִשְׁתַּתֶּפֶת עִמּוֹ. כֵּיוָן שֶׁאָדָם בָּא לְהִטָּמֵא, הַשְּׁכִינָה מִסְתַּלֶּקֶת מִמֶּנּוּ, הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא מִתְרַחֵק מִמֶּנּוּ, וְכָל צַד הַקְּדֻשָּׁה שֶׁל רִבּוֹנוֹ מְרֻחָקִים מִמֶּנּוּ, וְשׁוֹרָה עָלָיו רוּחַ טֻמְאָה וְכָל צַד הַטֻּמְאָה. אִם בָּא לְהִטָּהֵר, מְסַיְּעִים אוֹתוֹ. אַחַר שֶׁנִּטְהַר וְחָזַר בִּתְשׁוּבָה, אוֹתוֹ שֶׁהִסְתַּלֵּק מִמֶּנּוּ חוֹזֵר וְשׁוֹרֶה עָלָיו.
\n19. בֹּא רְאֵה, כָּתוּב וְלָקַח לַמִּטַּהֵר שְׁתֵּי צִפֳּרִים חַיּוֹת טְהֹרוֹת. כֵּיוָן שֶׁאָמַר שְׁתֵּי צִפֳּרִים, לֹא יָדַעְנוּ שֶׁהֵן חַיּוֹת? אֶלָּא הֲרֵי פֵּרְשׁוּהָ, אֲבָל חַיּוֹת, חַיּוֹת מַמָּשׁ, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר (יחזקאל א) וָאֵרֶא הַחַיּוֹת, כְּנֶגֶד הַמָּקוֹם שֶׁיּוֹנְקִים מֵהֶם הַנְּבִיאִים הַנֶּאֱמָנִים. וְעֵץ אֶרֶז, הֲרֵי נִתְבָּאֵר. וּשְׁנִי תוֹלַעַת, הַצַּד הָאָדֹם שֶׁל גְּבוּרָה שֶׁהִשְׁתַּתֵּף עִמּוֹ בָּרִאשׁוֹנָה. וְאֵזֹב, זוֹ ו’ קְטַנָּה שֶׁמֵּינִיקָה אֶת כְּנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל. וּמִשּׁוּם כָּךְ עֵץ אֶרֶז וְאֵזוֹב הוֹלְכִים יַחַד, וְעַל כֵּן ו’ ו’ נִמְצְאוּ כְאֶחָד, אֶחָד עֶלְיוֹן וְאֶחָד קָטָן, וְקוֹרְאִים לָהֶם ו’ עֶלְיוֹנָה, ו’ תַּחְתּוֹנָה. וְכֻלָּם חוֹזְרִים לִשְׁרוֹת עָלָיו, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהֲרֵי נִטְהַר. כְּנֶגֶד אֵלֶּה לְמַטָּה (מֵהֶם) – עֵץ אֶרֶז וְאֵזוֹב וּשְׁנִי תוֹלַעַת נִמְצְאוּ (בְשֵׁם) בַגְּדֻלָּה הַזּוֹ, וּתְלוּיִים מֵהָעֶלְיוֹנוֹת הַלָּלוּ.<\/div>\n

\nZohar Metzora<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Holy One Blessed Be He surrounds a person who is busy with the study of the Torah, and the Shechina comes to connect with him.
\nWhen a person connects to impurities the Shechina leaves him. The Holy One distances himself from that person. He is left without holiness because the impure side got hold on him.
\nWhen a person comes to purify himself, he gets support during the purification process. When he became pure again, the Holiness and the Shechina that left him before come back to him.<\/p>\n

This teaching of the Zohar is very encouraging. If we failed along the path and lost the connection we had before, we have the opportunity to receive back the light that we lost, if we make efforts and seek purification.<\/p>\n

The study of the Zohar is the highest level of Torah study and with it we reveal great light that purifies us.<\/p>\n
