Daily Zohar -293.\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tikkun 21<\/strong> &ndash; 34<\/p>\n<p>On Shabbat, <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Malchut&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;span style=&amp;quot;color: #0000ff;&amp;quot;&amp;gt;&#1502;&#1500;&#1499;&#1493;&#1514;&amp;lt;\/span&amp;gt;Malchut is the lowest sefira of the ten sefirot. There is a level of Malchut in all worlds (Atzilut, B&amp;#039;riah, Yetzirah, and Asiyah). In the Daily Zohar studies, the mention of Malchut could be on the upper levels, not necessarily Malchut of the world of Asiyah that is the material world. In general, Malchut doesn&amp;#039;t have a light of its own but can draw from all the levels above it. Malchut can receive the Light in a pure process of &amp;#039;earning.&amp;#039;Malchut is an aspect of the female with a desire for the Light.The image of the sefirot below represents the lowest level of the world of Asiyah, Action, where there is an aspect of physicality, material existence.Malchut of the upper worlds manifests the levels below it. Also called Sea, source of &amp;#039;rivers&amp;#039;, from where Light flows to the lower worlds. The Menorah in the Holy Temple drew the Light of Binah to Malchut.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=binah\" data-gt-translate-attributes=\"[{&quot;attribute&quot;:&quot;data-cmtooltip&quot;, &quot;format&quot;:&quot;html&quot;}]\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Binah<\/a> and we receive levels that are not available during the weekdays. Because of that we have additional silent prayer that brings us the level of <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Soul levels&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Soul levels&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Nefesh&amp;lt;\/strong&amp;gt; is the lower level of Light in the body but is the most important to sustain the life of a person. The Liver is the control center of the Nefesh in the body.&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Ruach&amp;lt;\/strong&amp;gt; is higher and comes from Zeir Anpin. We achieve this additional light in this world by following the ways of the Torah with the general rule &amp;quot;Do good and avoid bad&rdquo;. The Heart is the center for the Ruach.&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Neshama&amp;lt;\/strong&amp;gt; is the highest level of Light that can be achieved in this world. Righteous people that already have the level of Ruach and act selflessly for the benefit of others, can achieve the level of Neshama. Since it&rsquo;s the highest level, it connects to the brain.The higher-level of the soul controls the level below it. Neshamah and Ruach can leave the person if he loses the righteous path. The level of Nefesh is removed only at the time of death, meaning when the heart stops and there is no blood circulation in the body.The other two levels of the soul are Chaya and Yechida, but they can only connect to the soul outside the body because their level of purity can not have a physical connection in this world.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=soul-levels\" data-gt-translate-attributes=\"[{&quot;attribute&quot;:&quot;data-cmtooltip&quot;, &quot;format&quot;:&quot;html&quot;}]\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Neshama<\/a>.<br>\nThis level gives us special opportunity to draw Ibbur   &#1506;&#1497;&#1489;&#1493;&#1512; into us during the sleep on Shabbat afternoon. Ibbur, means impregnation but in this case it is a soul or part of a soul that enters the body and supports it to grow spiritually.<br>\nBefore the sleep we connect to the Zohar for the extra soul elevation and meditate to receive the support of righteous souls for the coming week.<br>\nA spiritually clean person can feel it when he wakes up from the sleep or immediately after Shabbat. A sense of elevation or even unexplained tears may accompany this process.<\/p>\n<p>The impregnated souls require us to be good partners and stay with best positive behavior at all times. One short moment of anger can push them out and away in an instant. A heavy and unpleasant feeling comes after such event.<\/p>\n<p>The &lsquo;<a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Havdalah&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Havdalah - &#1492;&#1489;&#1491;&#1500;&#1492;&amp;lt;\/strong&amp;gt;The Havdalah ceremony is done after Shabbat to separate between the holy Shabbat and the days of the week.
