\n24. כְּמוֹ כֵן הַכֹּהֵן מִתְעַטֵּר בְּשִׁבְעָה, שֶׁנִּקְרָא שִׁבְעַת יָמִים. אִם פָּגַם אֶת רֹאשׁוֹ, אוֹתוֹ שִׁבְעָה שֶׁהוּא כְּלָל שֶׁל כֻּלָּם, מַקְרִיחַ מִמֶּנּוּ כָּל אוֹתָהּ קְדֻשָּׁה שֶׁל כֻּלָּם שֶׁשּׁוֹרָה עָלָיו. וְעַל כֵּן הֻזְהֲרוּ שֶׁלּא יִקְרְחֻה קָרְחָה בְּרֹאשָׁם, וְיִמָּצְאוּ פְגוּמִים מֵהַכֹּל. וּמִשּׁוּם כָּךְ הַכֹּהֵן צָרִיךְ לְהִמָּצֵא בִשְׁלֵמוּת יוֹתֵר מֵהַכֹּל, כָּל שֶׁכֵּן אוֹתוֹ שֶׁהוּא עֶלְיוֹן מִכֻּלָּם.<\/div>\n

Zohar Emor<\/strong>

Psalms 126:1<\/a>
\n“שִׁיר, הַמַּעֲלוֹת:
\nבְּשׁוּב יְהוָה, אֶת-שִׁיבַת צִיּוֹן– הָיִינוּ, כְּחֹלְמִים”
\n“A Song of Ascents. When YHVH<\/a> restored the fortunes of Zion<\/a>, we were like those who dream.”<\/p>\n

In a sleep state the soul leaves the body and ascends up to the upper spiritual levels to receive energy of life. The body stays down with 1 of 60 parts of the soul, to sustain basic life and maintain connection to the soul that left the body.<\/p>\n

When the Holy Temple was destroyed the Light left its connection to the Shechina in Malchut<\/a>. The Shechina stayed behind to sustain us. Without the Light we are in a sleep state and all of our experiences are like in a dream.
\nWhen the Light returns to Zion<\/a> it will fill the entire world, including our vessels. Then we will ‘wake up’ and realize that we were in a sleep state like those who dream.<\/p>\n
