Tikkun 21 <\/strong>– 83<\/p>\n

Psalms 25:15<\/a> “ עֵינַי תָּמִיד, אֶל-יְהוָה: כִּי הוּא-יוֹצִיא מֵרֶשֶׁת רַגְלָי.”
\n“My eyes are ever toward YHVH<\/a>; for He will bring forth my feet from falling into the negativity.”<\/p>\n

The common saying “look into your heart” is not logical on a physical level because no one can actually look into their heart.<\/p>\n

It is only through the heart we can connect to the truth. Truth is the energy that powers up existence.<\/p>\n

Truth is the central column and the way to connect to the upper levels.<\/p>\n

The Hebrew word for truth is אמת. It starts with the first letter of the Alef-Bet<\/a>, ends with the last letter and in the center it has the middle letter. אמת holds the Tree of Life<\/a> in its place.<\/p>\n

With every meditation and action we should look into our heart and make sure that it is done with truth and pure consciousness. That is the way to connect and bring the light into our lives.<\/p>\n

2 chronicles 7:16<\/a>
\n“וְעַתָּה, בָּחַרְתִּי וְהִקְדַּשְׁתִּי אֶת-הַבַּיִת הַזֶּה, לִהְיוֹת-שְׁמִי שָׁם, עַד-עוֹלָם; וְהָיוּ עֵינַי וְלִבִּי שָׁם, כָּל-הַיָּמִים”
\n“For now I have chosen and hallowed this house, that My name may be there for ever; and my eyes and My heart shall be there throughout all the days.”<\/p>\n

The Holy Temple represents this truth and the Holy One Bless be He also states that he puts his eyes and heart in it. Any other way which is not truth connects us to the impure system and draws negativity.<\/p>\n

A lie detector checks changes in the heart pulses. When a person lies it immediately affects his heart. It goes out of sync with the energy of life inside.<\/p>\n

It is hard for a spiritually connected person to lie. He knows that lying is a form of spiritual death as it can disconnect him from the Tree of Life<\/a>.<\/p>\n
