If we keep it down, then there is no returning light and revelation.<\/p>\n<p>To bring life to this world we draw a drop of light from our brain down through all the levels of the body and out through the level of <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Yessod&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Yessod is the sefira that delivers light, and nourishments that sustain life in the world. Joseph is the chariot (vehicle) for the sefira of Yessod. He controlled the sustenance of Egypt and the world, and he is a channel of sustenance.We connect to Yessod through studies, Tzedaka, and Tzadikim.Friday is Yessod of the week.
