27. בִּגְלַל כָּךְ קְטֹרֶת, שֶׁהִיא פְּנִימִית, וְכָל מַה שֶּׁבְּסוֹד – לַכֹּהֵן נִמְסַר. וְעַל זֶה, וַיִּקַּח אַהֲרֹן כַּאֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר מֹשֶׁה וַיָּרָץ אֶל תּוֹךְ הַקָּהָל [וְגוֹ’] וַיִּתֵּן אֶת הַקְּטֹרֶת, שֶׁהִיא פְּנִימִית, סוֹד הַכֹּהֵן. אָז – וַיְכַפֵּר עַל הָעָם וַיַּעֲמֹד בֵּין הַמֵּתִים וּבֵין הַחַיִּים, בֵּין עֵץ הַחַיִּים וּבֵין עֵץ הַמָּוֶת. אָז הַיָּמִין מַקְרִיב זֶה לָזֶה, וַתֵּעָצַר הַמַּגֵּפָה. אַשְׁרֵי חֵלֶק הַכֹּהֵן, שֶׁלַּכֹּהֵן יֵשׁ כֹּחַ לְמַעְלָה וְיֵשׁ לוֹ כֹּחַ לְמַטָּה, וְהוּא גּוֹרֵם שָׁלוֹם לְמַעְלָה וּלְמַטָּה, וּבְכָל זְמַן הַשְּׂמֹאל עוֹבֵד לַיָּמִין. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב (שם יח) וְיִלָּווּ עָלֶיךָ וִישָׁרֲתוּךָ, וְיָמִין בִּשְׂמֹאל נִמְצָאִים בַּמִּקְדָּשׁ.
\n28. רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר הָיָה עוֹמֵד לִפְנֵי רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן אָבִיו. אָמַר לוֹ, כָּתוּב (קהלת ט) רְאֵה חַיִּים עִם אִשָּׁה אֲשֶׁר אָהַבְתָּ כָּל יְמֵי חַיֵּי הֶבְלֶךָ. אָמַר לוֹ, בֹּא וּרְאֵה, רְאֵה חַיִּים עִם אִשָּׁה אֲשֶׁר אָהַבְתָּ – (וְהָיָה אוֹמֵר רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן, כָּתוּב (קהלת ט) רְאֵה חַיִּים עִם אִשָּׁה אֲשֶׁר אָהַבְתָּ) זֶהוּ סוֹד שֶׁצָּרִיךְ אָדָם לְהַכְלִיל חַיִּים בְּמָקוֹם זֶה. זֶה בְּלִי זֶה לֹא הוֹלֵךְ. וְצָרִיךְ אָדָם לְהַכְלִיל מִדַּת יוֹם בְּמִדַּת לַיְלָה, וּמִדַּת לַיְלָה בַּיּוֹם. וְזֶהוּ רְאֵה חַיִּים עִם אִשָּׁה אֲשֶׁר אָהַבְתָּ. מָה הַטַּעַם? כִּי הוּא חֶלְקְךָ בַּחַיִּים, שֶׁחַיִּים לֹא שׁוֹרִים אֶלָּא עַל זֶה. וּבַעֲמָלְךָ אֲשֶׁר אַתָּה עָמֵל תַּחַת הַשָּׁמֶשׁ, כְּמוֹ שֶׁאָמַר (משלי ג) בְּכָל דְּרָכֶיךָ דָעֵהוּ וְהוּא יְיַשֵּׁר אֹרְחֹתֶיךָ.<\/div>\n

\nZohar Korach<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the earth swallowed Korach and his followers, the people came complaining to Moses and Aaron saying “You have killed the people of YHVH<\/a>” as they saw no fault in the behaviour of Korach.
\nMoses and Aaron looked at the Holy Tabernacle, expecting answers, and God appeared in a cloud telling them (Numbers 16:10<\/a>) “”Get away from among this congregation, that I may consume them instantly.” Then they fell on their faces.”<\/p>\n

At that moment Moses knew that God’s words already manifested and he sent Aaron immediately to remedy the situation.<\/p>\n

Numbers 17:11<\/a>
\n“וַיֹּאמֶר מֹשֶׁה אֶל-אַהֲרֹן, קַח אֶת-הַמַּחְתָּה וְתֶן-עָלֶיהָ אֵשׁ מֵעַל הַמִּזְבֵּחַ וְשִׂים קְטֹרֶת, וְהוֹלֵךְ מְהֵרָה אֶל-הָעֵדָה, וְכַפֵּר עֲלֵיהֶם: כִּי-יָצָא הַקֶּצֶף מִלִּפְנֵי יְהוָה, הֵחֵל הַנָּגֶף.”
\n“Moses said to Aaron, “Take your censer and put in it fire from the altar, and lay incense on it; then bring it quickly to the congregation and make atonement for them, for wrath has gone forth from the LORD, the plague has begun!””<\/p>\n

The Zohar explains that the incense is ‘inner’, which means secret that was given to the high priest. The priest himself is also ‘inner’ and has the ability to connect to the Tree of Life<\/a> that is concealed.<\/p>\n

17:12
\n“וַיִּקַּח אַהֲרֹן כַּאֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר מֹשֶׁה, וַיָּרָץ אֶל-תּוֹךְ הַקָּהָל, וְהִנֵּה הֵחֵל הַנֶּגֶף, בָּעָם; וַיִּתֵּן, אֶת-הַקְּטֹרֶת, וַיְכַפֵּר, עַל-הָעָם”
\n“Then Aaron took it as Moses had spoken, and ran into the midst of the assembly, for behold, the plague had begun among the people. So he put on the incense and made atonement for the people.”<\/p>\n

17:13
\n“וַיַּעֲמֹד בֵּין-הַמֵּתִים, וּבֵין הַחַיִּים; וַתֵּעָצַר, הַמַּגֵּפָה”
\n“And he stood between the dead and the living, and the plague was stopped”<\/p>\n

Aaron, the high priest, stood between the tree of ‘death’ and the tree of life<\/a>. With the power of the incense he made a connection to the Tree of Life<\/a> and brought it to stop the plague. The Zohar explains that the Left must submit to the Right and when the Right is included with the Left then there is peace.<\/p>\n
