16. וַיֹּאמֶר מוֹאָב אֶל זִקְנֵי מִדְיָן עַתָּה יְלַחֲכוּ וְגוֹ’. רַבִּי חִיָּיא פָּתַח, (זכריה ג) וַיַּרְאֵנִי אֶת יְהוֹשֻׁעַ הַכֹּהֵן הַגָּדוֹל עֹמֵד לִפְנֵי מַלְאַךְ ה’ וְגוֹ’. כַּמָּה יֵשׁ לוֹ לָאָדָם לִשְׁמֹר דְּרָכָיו בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה וְלָלֶכֶת בְּדֶרֶךְ אֱמֶת, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁכָּל מַעֲשֵׂי הָאָדָם כְּתוּבִים לִפְנֵי הַמֶּלֶךְ וּרְשׁוּמִים לְפָנָיו, וְכֻלָּם בְּמִנְיָן. שׁוֹמְרֵי הַשְּׁעָרִים עוֹמְדִים וּמְעִידִים, עוֹמְדִים וְתוֹבְעִים דִּינִים צוֹדְקִים. וְהַדַּיָּן עוֹמֵד לְקַבֵּל עֵדוּת, וְאוֹתָם שֶׁטּוֹעֲנִים טְעָנוֹת מְרַחֲשִׁים, וְלֹא יוֹדְעִים אִם יֵלְכוּ מִיָּמִין, אִם יַשְׂמְאִילוּ מִשְּׂמֹאל.
\n17. שֶׁהֲרֵי כְּשֶׁרוּחוֹת בְּנֵי אָדָם יוֹצְאוֹת מֵהָעוֹלָם הַזֶּה, כַּמָּה הֵם מְקַטְרְגִים שֶׁעוֹמְדִים לִפְנֵיהֶם, וְהַכְּרוּזִים יוֹצְאִים הֵן לְטוֹב הֵן לְרָע, כְּפִי מַה שֶּׁיּוֹצֵא מֵהַדִּין. שֶׁשָּׁנִינוּ, בְּכַמָּה דִינִים נִדּוֹן הָאָדָם בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה, בֵּין בְּחַיָּיו בֵּין אַחַר כָּךְ, שֶׁהֲרֵי כָּל דְּבָרָיו הֵם בְּדִין, וְהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא תָּמִיד בְּרַחֲמָנוּת וְרַחֲמָיו עַל הַכֹּל, וְלֹא רוֹצֶה לָדוּן בְּנֵי אָדָם כְּפִי מַעֲשֵׂיהֶם. שֶׁכָּךְ אָמַר דָּוִד, (תהלים קל) אִם עֲוֹנוֹת תִּשְׁמָר יָהּ אֲדֹנָי מִי יַעֲמֹד. כָּאן יֵשׁ לְהִסְתַּכֵּל, כֵּיוָן שֶׁאָמַר אִם עֲוֹנוֹת תִּשְׁמָר יָהּ, לָמָּה ה’ (אֲדֹנָי)?<\/div>\n

\nZohar Balak<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zechariah 3:1<\/a>
\n“וַיַּרְאֵנִי, אֶת-יְהוֹשֻׁעַ הַכֹּהֵן הַגָּדוֹל, עֹמֵד, לִפְנֵי מַלְאַךְ יְהוָה; וְהַשָּׂטָן עֹמֵד עַל-יְמִינוֹ, לְשִׂטְנוֹ”
\n“Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of YHVH<\/a>, and Satan<\/a> standing at his right hand to accuse him.”<\/p>\n

Rabbi Chiya opened and said that a man should watch his ways in this world and walk in the path of truth. All the actions of a person are written before the Holy King and registered before him, nothing is missed. The gate keepers stand, testify, and request justice. The judge listens to those who bring claims for their favor but they don’t know if they will send to the right or the left.
\nThe right is the aspect of receiving benefits for their work on this world. The left is the aspect of going to the process of cleansing and continued correction.<\/p>\n

When the souls leave this world all advocates and prosecutors are ready to present the good and the bad for each soul.
\nEverything is counted, words and actions, including judgments a person went through in this world.<\/p>\n

The Zohar reveals that the judgments and good we receive in this world is counted in the process of justice the soul goes through when leaving this world.
\nIt’s very important for us to cleanse any negativity we did in this world before leaving it. Any pain should be accepted as a cleansing\/payment process to remove any blemish from the soul.
\nAll the good that we have in this world is just a tool to help our soul becomes better. Those who have great wealth and influence are judged for the way they used it. Every gift we have in this world is temporary and an opportunity to do good with it.
\nThe sages tell us that a reward for doing a Mitzvah is another Mitzvah. That means that the good we receive in this world is just opportunity to do more good and reveal greater Light.<\/p>\n
