26. רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר פָּתַח וְאָמַר, קְרַב אַתָּה וּשֲׁמָע וְגוֹ’. בֹּא וּרְאֵה, בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁנִּתְּנָה תּוֹרָה לְיִשְׂרָאֵל, כָּל הַקּוֹלוֹת נִמְצְאוּ, וְהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא יָשַׁב עַל הַכִּסֵּא, וְזֶה מִתּוֹךְ זֶה נִרְאָה, וְדִבּוּר שֶׁל זֶה יָצָא מִתּוֹךְ הָעֶלְיוֹן שֶׁמֵּעָלָיו. וְזֶהוּ סוֹד הַכָּתוּב פָּנִים בְּפָנִים דִּבֶּר ה’ עִמָּכֶם בָּהָר מִתּוֹךְ הָאֵשׁ. שֶׁדִּבּוּר יָצָא, וְדִבֵּר מִתּוֹךְ אֵשׁ וְשַׁלְהֶבֶת שֶׁדָּחָה אוֹתוֹ הַחוּצָה בְּדֹפֶק שֶׁל רוּחַ וּמַיִם שֶׁנּוֹתְנִים כֹּחַ. שֶׁאֵשׁ וְרוּחַ וּמַיִם מִתּוֹךְ שׁוֹפָר שֶׁכּוֹלֵל אֶת כֻּלָּם יוֹצְאִים, וְיִשְׂרָאֵל הִתְרַחֲקוּ מִפַּחַד זֶה.
\n27. וּמִשּׁוּם כָּךְ, וְאַתְּ תְּדַבֵּר אֵלֵינוּ. לֹא רוֹצִים בְּכֹחַ עֶלְיוֹן שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה, אֶלָּא מִמָּקוֹם שֶׁל הַנְּקֵבָה וְלֹא יוֹתֵר, וְאַתְּ תְּדַבֵּר אֵלֵינוּ וְגוֹ’. אָמַר מֹשֶׁה, וַדַּאי הֶחֱלַשְׁתֶּם אֶת כֹּחִי, הֶחֱלַשְׁתֶּם כֹּחַ אַחֵר, שֶׁאִלְמָלֵא לֹא הִתְרַחֲקוּ יִשְׂרָאֵל וְיִשְׁמְעוּ כָּל אוֹתוֹ דָּבָר כְּמוֹ בַּתְּחִלָּה, לֹא הָיָה יָכוֹל הָעוֹלָם לִהְיוֹת חָרֵב אַחַר כָּךְ, וְהֵם הָיוּ קַיָּמִים לְדוֹרֵי דוֹרוֹת.<\/div>\n

\nZohar Vaetchanan<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Zohar reveals that when the Torah was given to the Israelites<\/a> all the voices were present. The voices from Binah<\/a> that are called ‘inner voice’, the voices from Zeir Anpin<\/a> that are called ‘outer voice’ and the voices of Malchut<\/a> that are called ‘voice of words’.
\nThe Holy One Blessed be He, was on his throne, which is Malchut<\/a> and his words came out from the level of Zeir Anpin<\/a> that is above Malchut<\/a>, as it said in Deuteronomy 5:4<\/a>
\n“פָּנִים בְּפָנִים, דִּבֶּר יְהוָה עִמָּכֶם בָּהָר–מִתּוֹךְ הָאֵשׁ”
\n“”YHVH<\/a> spoke to you face to face at the mountain from the midst of the fire,”<\/p>\n

Zeir Anpin<\/a> and Malchut<\/a> were ‘face’ to ‘face’ and the words came from the fire that is the Left Column<\/a>. From the Shofar<\/a>, that is Binah<\/a>, came out fire, wind, and water that represent the three columns<\/a> of Zeir Anpin<\/a>. The Israelites<\/a> were in awe and fear.<\/p>\n

Deuteronomy 5:23<\/a>
\n“קְרַב אַתָּה וּשְׁמָע, אֵת כָּל-אֲשֶׁר יֹאמַר יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ; וְאַתְּ תְּדַבֵּר אֵלֵינוּ, אֵת כָּל-אֲשֶׁר יְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ אֵלֶיךָ–וְשָׁמַעְנוּ וְעָשִׂינוּ”
\n“Go near and hear all that YHVH<\/a> our God says; then speak to us all that YHVH<\/a> our God speaks to you, and we will hear and do it.’”<\/p>\n

Because of their fear they kept a distance and asked Moses to “Go near..” and be a channel for them so they can receive the words of YHVH<\/a> on the level of Malchut<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Zohar reveals a great secret here and states that if the Israelites<\/a> kept themselves close and listened to the words of YHVH<\/a> from Zeir Anpin<\/a> then the world wouldn’t be destroyed later and the Israelites<\/a> could live forever.<\/p>\n

The main lesson from this study is that we need to seek the higher levels. Many people have the Zohar set at home but rarely open it. Many prefer to go to Kabbalah social clubs instead of going into deep studies of Zohar and Kabbalah at least at the level that the Daily Zohar provides.
