12. כָּתוּב (דברים ג) וַיֹּאמֶר ה’ אֵלַי רַב לָךְ אַל תּוֹסֶף דַּבֵּר אֵלַי וְגוֹ’. וַהֲרֵי בֵּאַרְנוּ, אָמַר לוֹ הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא לְמֹשֶׁה, מֹשֶׁה, הֲתִרְצֶה לְחַדֵּשׁ (לְהַחֲלִישׁ) עוֹלָם?! רָאִיתָ מִיָּמֶיךָ שֶׁמֶשׁ עוֹבֵד לַלְּבָנָה?! רָאִיתָ מִיָּמֶיךָ שֶׁתִּשְׁלֹט הַלְּבָנָה בְּעוֹד שֶׁהַשֶּׁמֶשׁ עוֹמֵד?! אֶלָּא – הֵן קָרְבוּ יָמֶיךָ לָמוּת קְרָא אֶת יְהוֹשֻׁעַ. יִתְכַּנֵּס הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ וְתִשְׁלֹט הַלְּבָנָה. וְלֹא עוֹד, אֶלָּא אִם אַתָּה תִּכָּנֵס לָאָרֶץ, תִּתְכַּנֵּס הַלְּבָנָה מִלְּפָנֶיךָ וְלֹא תִשְׁלֹט. וַדַּאי שֶׁשִּׁלְטוֹן הַלְּבָנָה הִגִּיעַ, וְלֹא תִשְׁלֹט בְּעוֹד שֶׁאַתָּה קַיָּם בָּעוֹלָם.
\n13. קְרָא אֶת יְהוֹשֻׁעַ וְגוֹ’. וּמָה אָמַר? הִנְּךָ שֹׁכֵב עִם אֲבֹתֶיךָ וְקָם הָעָם הַזֶּה וְגוֹ’. וְלֹא מָצָאנוּ שֶׁצִּוָּה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא אֶת יְהוֹשֻׁעַ, אֶלָּא אֶת מֹשֶׁה. שֶׁאָמַר לוֹ לְמֹשֶׁה כָּל זֶה, שֶׁכָּתוּב (שם לא) וַעֲזָבַנִי וְהֵפֵר אֶת בְּרִיתִי. וְחָרָה אַפִּי בוֹ בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא. וְעַתָּה כִּתְבוּ לָכֶם אֶת הַשִּׁירָה הַזֹּאת וְלַמְּדָהּ אֶת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל שִׂימָהּ בְּפִיהֶם. אִם כֵּן, מַהוּ וַאֲצַוֶּנּוּ?<\/div>\n

Deuteronomy 31:14<\/a>
\n“וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל-מֹשֶׁה, הֵן קָרְבוּ יָמֶיךָ לָמוּת–קְרָא אֶת-יְהוֹשֻׁעַ וְהִתְיַצְּבוּ בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד, וַאֲצַוֶּנּוּ; וַיֵּלֶךְ מֹשֶׁה וִיהוֹשֻׁעַ, וַיִּתְיַצְּבוּ בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד”
\n“And YHVH<\/a> said to Moses, “Behold, the days approach when you must die. Call Joshua and present yourselves in the tent of meeting, that I may commission him.” And Moses and Joshua went and presented themselves in the tent of meeting.”<\/p>\n

God didn’t allow Moses to enter the Promised Land and now he’s commanding Moses to transfer the leadership to Joshua.
\nThe Zohar teaches us that Moses was the aspect of the sun, Zeir Anpin<\/a> and Joshua was the aspect of the moon, Malchut<\/a>.
\nThe Israelites<\/a> are about to enter the land but without the Light of Zeir Anpin<\/a> that was with them throughout their travels in the wilderness. They begin a new process of correction without the support of Moses and the upper Light.<\/p>\n

Deuteronomy 31:16<\/a>
\n“וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל-מֹשֶׁה, הִנְּךָ שֹׁכֵב עִם-אֲבֹתֶיךָ; וְקָם הָעָם הַזֶּה וְזָנָה אַחֲרֵי אֱלֹהֵי נֵכַר-הָאָרֶץ, אֲשֶׁר הוּא בָא-שָׁמָּה בְּקִרְבּוֹ, וַעֲזָבַנִי, וְהֵפֵר אֶת-בְּרִיתִי אֲשֶׁר כָּרַתִּי אִתּוֹ.”
\n“And YHVH<\/a> said to Moses, “Behold, you are about to lie down with your fathers. Then this people will rise and whore after the foreign gods among them in the land that they are entering, and they will forsake me and break my covenant that I have made with them.”<\/p>\n

God tells Moses that after he dies, the people will leave the faith<\/a> in him and follow other gods.
\nThe equation is simple, without the Light people lose their faith<\/a> and path to the Light and they experience chaos.<\/p>\n

Deuteronomy 31:19<\/a>
\n“ וְעַתָּה, כִּתְבוּ לָכֶם אֶת-הַשִּׁירָה הַזֹּאת, וְלַמְּדָהּ אֶת-בְּנֵי-יִשְׂרָאֵל, שִׂימָהּ בְּפִיהֶם: לְמַעַן תִּהְיֶה-לִּי הַשִּׁירָה הַזֹּאת, לְעֵד–בִּבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל”
\n““Now therefore write this song (the Torah) and teach it to the people of Israel<\/a>. Put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the people of Israel<\/a>.”<\/p>\n

God provided the ‘antidote’ and tells Moses to write the Torah and teach it to the people.
\nDeuteronomy 31:22<\/a>
\n“וַיִּכְתֹּב מֹשֶׁה אֶת-הַשִּׁירָה הַזֹּאת, בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא; וַיְלַמְּדָהּ, אֶת-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל”
\n“So Moses wrote this song the same day, and taught it to the sons of Israel<\/a>.”<\/p>\n

Before Moses leaves the world, he writes and gives us the Torah. What was before inside the Ark is now available to all the people to make connection to Zeir Anpin<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We have the Holy Zohar that is the revelation of the Light of the Torah. Moses and Elijah (who is also Pinchas) taught Rabbi Shimon many secrets of the Torah, and these are available to us in print and on https:\/\/unityzohar.com\/zohar-books\/<\/p>\n

The study of the Zohar connects us to the Light of Zeir Anpin<\/a> and beyond. Rabbi Shimon is also called ‘Sinai’ because the Zohar is a revelation as was on Mount Sinai. The Zohar is our song.<\/p>\n
