Zohar Vayetze<\/strong><\/p>\n

Translation of paragraph 27
\nThe fool that follows her, drinks from her cup of wine, and fornicates with her. She leaves him sleeping in bed and go up to tell about him. She receives permission and come down. That fool wakes up thinking of having fun with her again. She takes off her disguises and returns to be a mighty hero who wears a garment<\/a> of burning fire that vibrates fear in body and soul. Full of frightening eyes, a sharp sword that bitter drops hanging from it. He kills the fool and throws him into hell (Gehenom).<\/p>\n

The Zohar describes a scene of desires and lust of a man falling for a woman that attracted him by her looks but under her disguise, there is a ruthless killer.<\/p>\n

Rabbi Ashlag explains this paragraph in length, teaching us that the woman represents the left column<\/a> of the Tree of Knowledge. It continues the Light of Chokmah<\/a> from upper level down. This is a direct Light and is pure Light. It can bring pleasures and at the same time a lot of judgments. To benefit from this Light we need to restrict it and create returning Light through the central column.<\/p>\n

The woman, aka the other side<\/a>, will do anything to distract us from the path to the Light. She engages us and exposes our inner desires for pleasures of this world. We want to enjoy life without restriction, having all the fun and sleep well. Sleeping is the aspect of not seeing the Light and falling to the gravity caused by the desires of the body. Since the body has temporary state of existence, its consciousnes is selfishness, ignoring the purpose of the soul in this life.<\/p>\n

If we do not wake up to full awareness before the ‘black hole’ swallows us, we are sucked in it without mercy.<\/p>\n

The positive point in this study is concealed in the words ‘She goes up to tell about him and receives permission’. That means that the other side<\/a> can not execute a ‘death’ sentence without permission from the higher levels. Death is not just termination of the body existence, separating the soul from the body. It is also death aspect to business, health, relationships, etc. If we submit to our selfish desires the other side<\/a> jumps to drag us further down. If we have some merits in our accounts then we may receive a ‘life saver’, giving us opportunity to get out of the hold of the other side<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Most spiritual people came to the point of understanding that the material world is not enough to bring them happiness. They may have suffered or are still suffering from major lack in their lives. Some rich people ‘pay’ to have protection of the Light so they won’t lose what they have. If they have the proper consciousness she can achieve righteousness level when supporting others that spread the Light.<\/p>\n

We should always remember to save merits and ‘collect’ as many ‘life savers’ as we can, especially when there are big storms in the forecasts.<\/p>\n

The angel of death<\/a> has many eyes because the eyes are at the level of Chokmah<\/a> and he needs to see everything we do. He builds a case file against us to submit to the upper courts and demand execution.<\/p>\n
