25. צֹאן וְעֶבֶד וְשִׁפְחָה – אֵלּוּ הֵם כְּתָרִים תַּחְתּוֹנִים שֶׁהָרַג הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא בְּמִצְרַיִם, (שמות יב) בְּכוֹר בְּהֵמָה, (שם) בְּכוֹר הַשְּׁבִי, (שם יא) בְּכוֹר הַשִּׁפְחָה. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב צֹאן וְעֶבֶד וְשִׁפְחָה. מִיָּד הָיָה עֵשָׂו פּוֹחֵד וְיָצָא כְּנֶגְדּוֹ, וּפַחַד הָיָה לוֹ מִיַּעֲקֹב כְּמוֹ שֶׁהָיָה לְיַעֲקֹב מֵעֵשָׂו.

Esau understood Jacob’s power and dropped his plan to kill his brother.<\/p>\n

The ‘Esaus’ of the world hate ‘Jacob’ (Israel<\/a>). As the children of Israel<\/a> we need the support of YHVH<\/a> and the central column to show the strength that can defuse the hate without a fight and bring peace.<\/p>\n

The gathering of Russia, US, Iran, and other forces at the borders of Israel<\/a> creates the state that is like Esau coming to kill Jacob. Israel<\/a> is very strong and equipped with tools of war managed by people with high intelligence. What we need now is to invite YHVH<\/a> to be the chief army commander to help us win the war and bring peace.
\nWe read in the Song of the Sea, Exodus 15:3<\/a>
\n“ יְהוָה, אִישׁ מִלְחָמָה; יְהוָה, שְׁמוֹ”
\n“YHVH<\/a> is a man of war, YHVH<\/a> is His name.”<\/p>\n

The Israelites<\/a> were in distress when the Egyptians were behind them and the sea in front of them. Moses told them<\/p>\n

Exodus 14:14<\/a>
\n“ יְהוָה, יִלָּחֵם לָכֶם; וְאַתֶּם, תַּחֲרִשׁוּן”
\n“YHVH<\/a> will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”<\/p>\n

We need to focus on increasing our spiritual connections to draw the support of YHVH<\/a> to activate the blessing of Jacob to his children. God always keeps his promises.<\/p>\n

Jeremiah 30:7<\/a>
\n“הוֹי, כִּי גָדוֹל הַיּוֹם הַהוּא–מֵאַיִן כָּמֹהוּ; וְעֵת-צָרָה הִיא לְיַעֲקֹב, וּמִמֶּנָּה יִוָּשֵׁעַ”
\n“’Alas! for that day is great, There is none like it; And it is the time of Jacob’s distress, But he will be saved from it.”<\/p>\n

Jeremiah 30:10<\/a>
\n“וְאַתָּה אַל-תִּירָא עַבְדִּי יַעֲקֹב נְאֻם-יְהוָה, וְאַל-תֵּחַת יִשְׂרָאֵל–כִּי הִנְנִי מוֹשִׁיעֲךָ מֵרָחוֹק, וְאֶת-זַרְעֲךָ מֵאֶרֶץ שִׁבְיָם; וְשָׁב יַעֲקֹב וְשָׁקַט וְשַׁאֲנַן, וְאֵין מַחֲרִיד.”
\n“Then fear not, O Jacob my servant, declares YHVH<\/a>, nor be dismayed, O Israel<\/a>; for behold, I will save you from far away, and your offspring from the land of their captivity. Jacob shall return and have quiet and ease, and none shall make him afraid.”<\/p>\n
