37. אָמַר רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר, הַיְרֵכַיִם שֶׁלְּמַטָּה בְּסוֹד אוֹת ו’, מִנַּיִן לָנוּ שֶׁנִּכְלְלוּ בְּאוֹת זוֹ? אָמַר לוֹ, שֶׁכָּתוּב (מלאכי ג) זִכְרוּ תּוֹרַת מֹשֶׁה עַבְדִּי, וְלֹא כָתוּב נְבִיאִי, לְהַרְאוֹת שֶׁהַכֹּל נִכְלָל בְּסוֹד אוֹת ו’. וְאוֹת ו’ נִקְרֵאת אֶחָד, וְהִיא אַחַת לְבַדָּהּ וְהִתְפַּשְּׁטוּת אַחַת, וַהֲרֵי נִתְבָּאֵר.

\nZohar Tetzaveh<\/strong>
\nContinued from previous Tetzaveh studies DZ 1756<\/a>, 1757<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Hebrew letter Vav ו looks like a vertical line, connecting upper and lower. When used in Hebrew at the beginning of a word it means ‘and’, connecting the previous word to the one that follows.<\/p>\n

God elevated Moses to the level of Da’at, using him as a connector from the upper three Sefirot to the lower seven, which is the six sefirot of Zeir Anpin<\/a> and Malchut<\/a>. Moses is the aspect of the sun, Zeir Anpin<\/a> that receives its energy from Binah<\/a>. The Zohar teaches us that Moses didn’t have unification with the moon that is the aspect of Malchut<\/a> until he was included from the Right and Left columns that forms the letter Vav, which can be used by him to channel the Light to Malchut<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Exodus 28:1<\/a>
\n“וְאַתָּה הַקְרֵב אֵלֶיךָ אֶת-אַהֲרֹן אָחִיךָ וְאֶת-בָּנָיו אִתּוֹ, מִתּוֹךְ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל–לְכַהֲנוֹ-לִי: אַהֲרֹן–נָדָב וַאֲבִיהוּא אֶלְעָזָר וְאִיתָמָר, בְּנֵי אַהֲרֹן”
\n“Then bring near to you Aaron your brother, and his sons with him, from among the people of Israel<\/a>, to serve me as priests—Aaron and Aaron’s sons, Nadab and Abihu<\/a>, Eleazar and Ithamar.”<\/p>\n

Moses was a Levitte, which is Left column<\/a> and his brother, Aaron, was transformed to be a priest, which is Right column<\/a>. God put them together so Moses could bring down Light from above to Malchut<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As we learn here and from this Zohar and many others, the Light can come down to Malchut<\/a> only with unification of Zeir Anpin<\/a> and Malchut<\/a>. Before each prayers we say a small paragraph that helps to set our consciousness to make unification of upper and lower.
\n“לְשֵׁם יִחוּד קוּדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא וּשְׁכִינְתֵּיהּ, בִּדְחִילוּ וּרְחִימוּ, וּרְחִימוּ וּדְחִילוּ, לְיַחֲדָא שֵׁם יוד קֵ”י בְּוָא”ו קֵ”י בְּיִחוּדָא שְׁלִים (יהוה) בְּשֵׁם כָּל יִשְׂרָאֵל. הִנֵּה אֲנַחְנוּ בָּאִים לְ———-. לְתַקֵּן אֶת שָׁרְשָׁהּ בְּמָקום עֶלְיון, לַעֲשׂות נַחַת רוּחַ לְיוצְרֵנוּ וְלַעֲשׂות רְצון בּורְאֵנוּ. וִיהִי נעַם אֲדנָי אֱלהֵינוּ עָלֵינוּ. וּמַעֲשֵׂה יָדֵינוּ כּונְנָה עָלֵינוּ. וּמַעֲשֵׂה יָדֵינוּ כּונְנֵהוּ: ”<\/p>\n

Transliteration:
\n“leshem yichud<\/a> kudesha berich hu ushechintteih, bidchilu urechimu, urechimu udechilu, leyachada shem yvd ke”y beva”v ke”y beyichuda shelim (Adonai) beshem kal yisra’el. hinneh anachnu ba’im . letakken et shareshah bemakvm elyvn, la’asvt nachat ruach<\/a> leyvtzrenu vela’asvt retzvn bvr’enu. vihi n’am adnay elheinu aleinu. uma’aseh yadeinu kvnenah aleinu. uma’aseh yadeinu kvnenehu”<\/p>\n

“for the sake of unifying the Holy One Blessed be He (Zer Anpin) and his Shechinah (Malchut<\/a>), with awe and love unifying YH יה and VH וה, in complete unification and in the name of all Israel<\/a>. I come to make the precept of…”. Then we describe the action that will follow.<\/p>\n

This meditation helps us transform the action\/prayer to spiritual connection that draws Light.
\nThere’s a special ‘L’shem Yichud<\/a>’ before the washing of the hands and ‘Hamotzi’, Then we have another L’shem Yichud<\/a> after the meal and before the blessing of the food, ‘Birkat Hamazon<\/a>’. I strongly suggest reading or scanning it even if you are singing it with large group. This spiritual technology helps in maximizing the Light that we draw to the world.
\nThe world is hungry for Light that will help remove the chaos that spreads everywhere. Do your best for yourself, your family, your community, and the world.
\nWe may not be like Moses that has the channel to bring Mashiach to the world but we can definitely become small or big representation of the letter Vav in the world.<\/p>\n

For those who don’t know prayers use the big Vav that is the Zohar. Use the consciousness behind the “L’shem Yichud<\/a>” and read\/scan Zohar. The ultimate connection for unification of the entire Tree of Life<\/a> is “Elijah Opened”. Use it daily with consciousness that everything you do is for the sake of unification upper and lower and you are on the good side of the Tree.<\/p>\n
