35. רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אָמַר, אִכְלוּ רֵעִים שְׁתוּ וְשִׁכְרוּ דּוֹדִים. אֵלּוּ כָּל בַּעֲלֵי הַיְבָבָה וְהַיְלָלָה, שֶׁכֻּלָּם הִתְבַּשְּׂמוּ וְהִתְבָּרְכוּ כְאֶחָד, שֶׁהֲרֵי מִסְּעוּדַת הַמֶּלֶךְ כֻּלָּם נֶהֱנִים. וּמָתַי כֻּלָּם אוֹכְלִים? בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁהַמֶּלֶךְ(הִשְׂתַּמַּח)בָּא שָׂמֵחַ, וְלָכֵן הַמֶּלֶךְ הִשְׂתַּמַּח, וּמְשַׂמֵּחַ אֶת הַגְּבִירָה בָּרִאשׁוֹנָה, אַחַר כָּךְ כֻּלָּם אוֹכְלִים וּשְׂמֵחִים.
\n36. רַבִּי אַבָּא אָמַר, אִכְלוּ רֵעִים שְׁתוּ וְשִׁכְרוּ דּוֹדִים, אֵלּוּ הֵם הַשִּׁשָּׁה שֶׁאָמַרְנוּ, וְאֵלּוּ הֵם שֶׁכָּתוּב בָּהֶם,(שיר א)הֱבִיאַנִי הַמֶּלֶךְ חֲדָרָיו וְגוֹ’. שְׁתוּ וְשִׁכְרוּ, מֵאוֹתוֹ הַיַּיִן הַמַּרְוֶה אֶת הַכֹּל. רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר אָמַר, כָּל אוֹתָם שֶׁלְּמַטָּה, שֶׁכֵּיוָן שֶׁאוֹתָם הַשִּׁשָּׁה הִתְבָּרְכוּ, אָז כָּל אֵלּוּ שֶׁלְּמַטָּה מִתְבָּרְכִים.
\n37. רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן אָמַר, הַכֹּל יָפֶה, אֲבָל סוֹד הַדָּבָר – אִכְלוּ רֵעִים לְמַעְלָה, שְׁתוּ וְשִׁכְרוּ דּוֹדִים לְמַטָּה. אָמַר לוֹ רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר, מִי הֵם לְמַעְלָה וּמִי הֵם לְמַטָּה? אָמַר לוֹ, יָפֶה שָׁאַלְתָּ, זֶה הַמָּקוֹם הָעֶלְיוֹן שֶׁהֵם בְּאַחְדוּת וּבְשִׂמְחָה שֶׁאֵין נִפְרָדִים לְעוֹלָמִים, אֵלּוּ נִקְרָאִים רֵעִים. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב(בראשית ב)וְנָהָר יֹצֵא מֵעֵדֶן, וְעֵדֶן וְנָהָר אֵין נִפְרָדִים לְעוֹלָמִים, וְנִמְצָאִים לְעוֹלָמִים בְּרָצוֹן וּבְאַחְדוּת וּבְשִׂמְחָה. שְׁתוּ וְשִׁכְרוּ דּוֹדִים, אֵלֶּה הֵם לְמַטָּה שֶׁנִּקְרָאִים דּוֹדִים לִזְמַנִּים יְדוּעִים, וַהֲרֵי בֵּאַרְנ<\/div>\n

“<\/span>בָּאתִי לְגַנִּי, אֲחֹתִי כַלָּה–אָרִיתִי מוֹרִי עִם-בְּשָׂמִי, אָכַלְתִּי יַעְרִי עִם-דִּבְשִׁי שָׁתִיתִי יֵינִי עִם-חֲלָבִי; אִכְלוּ רֵעִים, שְׁתוּ וְשִׁכְרוּ דּוֹדִים<\/span>”<\/span><\/p>\n

“I have come into my garden, my sister, my bride; I have gathered my myrrh along with my balsam. I have eaten my honeycomb and my honey; I have drunk my wine and my milk. Eat, friends; Drink and imbibe deeply, O lovers.”<\/span><\/p>\n

When the Holy Tabernacle was completed everyone benefited from the revealed Light including the judgments that came from the Left column<\/a>. It was the aspect of the feast of the King that was happy to feed everyone.<\/span>
\nRabbi Shimon explains that ‘Eat, friends’ ‘<\/span>רֵעִים<\/span>’ is the related to Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a> that is always in unification with the Endless. They provide for all the levels below. The ‘lovers’, ‘<\/span>דּוֹדִים<\/span>’ are the sefirot of Zeir Anpin<\/a> and Malchut<\/a> that need to make spiritual connections in the proper times to benefit from the Light from above.<\/span><\/p>\n
