\nLeviticus 1:1<\/a>
\n“וַיִּקְרָא, אֶל-מֹשֶׁה; וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֵלָיו, מֵאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד לֵאמֹר”
\n“Then YHVH<\/a> called to Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting, saying,”<\/p>\n

Moses was the ‘best man’ for the King, YHVH<\/a>, and Aaron was the ‘best man’ for the Queen, Shechina and Malchut<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Moses was invited directly by YHVH<\/a> into the Holy Tabernacle but Aaron was ordered to come with the Shechina.<\/p>\n

Leviticus 16:3<\/a>
\n“בְּזֹאת יָבֹא אַהֲרֹן, אֶל-הַקֹּדֶשׁ:‘
\n“With this Aaron will enter into the Holy”<\/p>\n

Moses was superior because he was in constant connection with YHVH<\/a>, the King.<\/p>\n

We are in Malchut<\/a> and in order to connect to the Holy we need the support of the Shechina. We can do that with our prayers and with Zohar study.<\/p>\n

The kabbalist Rabbi Avraham Azulai in his book Chessed<\/a> L’Avraham (See note and reference below) writes that Rabbi Shimon wrote the Zohar for the time when we were in exile (meaning far from the Light and the Holy Temple), to support the Shechina for unification with the ‘King’, her husband. He also said that this little work of studying the Zohar is greater than the bringing sacrifices of great rams to the Holy Temple.<\/p>\n

We must study the Zohar on a daily basis to be able to have our prayers elevated to where it can be heard and answered.<\/p>\n

\nודע כי עיקר כוונת הרשב”י ע”ה בחבור הזהר היה לזה להיות השכינה באפס שפע באין תומך ובאין עוזר לה, ורצה לעשות לה סמך ליחדה בבעלה יחוד מועט ע”י חיבור הזהר וכו’, וספר זה עתיד להתגלות בימי מלכא משיחא כדי ליתן סעד לשכינה. וכל אותם שיזכו אליו יזכו לגאולה, כי העבודה זו המועטת בזמן הזה היא יותר חשובה מכל אילי נביות שהיו בזמן שהיה בית המקדש קיים וכו’<\/p>\n
