28. בֹּא רְאֵה, הַכֹּהֵן הָעֶלְיוֹן צָרִיךְ לְהֵרָאוֹת בִּיפִי הַפָּנִים, בְּהֶאָרַת הַפָּנִים, בְּשִׂמְחָה יוֹתֵר מֵהַכֹּל, וְלֹא צָרִיךְ לְהֵרָאוֹת בּוֹ עַצְבוּת וְרֹגֶז, אֶלָּא הַכֹּל כְּמוֹ שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה. אַשְׁרֵי חֶלְקוֹ, שֶׁעָלָיו כָּתוּב אֲנִי חֶלְקְךָ וְנַחֲלָתְךָ. וְכָתוּב (דברים יח) ה’ הוּא נַחֲלָתוֹ. וְעַל כֵּן צָרִיךְ לְהֵרָאוֹת שָׁלֵם בַּכֹּל, בְּעַצְמוֹ, בִּלְבוּשׁוֹ, שֶׁלֹּא יִפְגֹּם עַצְמוֹ כְּלָל, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנִּתְבָּאֵר.
\n29. וְהוּא אִשָּׁה בִבְתוּלֶיהָ יִקָּח. רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן פָּתַח, (שם כב) וְהִנֵּה הוּא שָׂם עֲלִילֹת דְּבָרִים וְגוֹ’. וְכָתוּב וְעָנְשׁוּ אֹתוֹ מֵאָה כֶסֶף וְגוֹ’, כִּי הוֹצִיא שֵׁם רָע עַל בְּתוּלַת יִשְׂרָאֵל. וְכִי בְּתוּלַת יִשְׂרָאֵל הִיא? בְּתוּלַת אָבִיהָ אוֹ בְּתוּלַת בַּעְלָהּ הִיא. מַה זֶּה בְּתוּלַת יִשְׂרָאֵל כָּאן? זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב (דברים לב) שְׁאַל אָבִיךָ וְיַגֵּדְךָ זְקֵנֶיךָ וְיֹאמְרוּ לָךְ. אַף כָּאן הַכֹּהֵן שֶׁעוֹמֵד כְּמוֹ שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה, כָּתוּב וְהוּא אִשָּׁה בִבְתוּלֶיהָ יִקָּח, כָּךְ גַּם בִּבְתוּלֶיהָ, שֶׁלֹּא תֵצֵא מִשַּׁעַר חֲצֵרָהּ פַּעַם הַחוּצָה, וַהֲרֵי נִתְבָּאֵר.<\/div>\n

Deuteronomy 18:2<\/a>
\n“וְנַחֲלָה לֹא-יִהְיֶה-לּוֹ, בְּקֶרֶב אֶחָיו: יְהוָה הוּא נַחֲלָתוֹ, כַּאֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר-לוֹ”
\n“They shall have no inheritance among their countrymen; YHVH<\/a> is their inheritance, as He promised them.”<\/p>\n

The priests<\/a> serve as channels of the Light of the Endless. They are not like others working the land (material world) but use the name YHVH<\/a> to draw Light for the nation of Israel<\/a> and the world.<\/p>\n

The Zohar tells us that the high priest needs to look with beauty and radiance of his face. Above all he should be with joy and happiness, no sadness or anger. Inside and out he should protect himself from any negativity and be in perfect state as the Light he channels.<\/p>\n

Leviticus 21:13<\/a>
\n“וְהוּא, אִשָּׁה בִבְתוּלֶיהָ יִקָּח”
\n‘He shall take a wife in her virginity.’<\/p>\n

The priest is commanded to take a wife in her virginity, which means a woman with a pure vessel. For similar reason he can not marry a widow or a divorced woman. A priest can not visit cemeteries but they can visit the place of Tzadikim because that connection is an elevation.<\/p>\n

Lessons:
\nWhen we want to receive or channel Light we need to follow the instructions given to the priests<\/a>. We should distance ourselves from desires of the material world, disconnect from all kind of impurities, be pure in body, clothing and soul, and above all be happy with everything we do.<\/p>\n

The Israelites<\/a> are considered priests<\/a> and deliverers of Light for the world.<\/p>\n

Exodus 19:6<\/a>
\n“וְאַתֶּם תִּהְיוּ-לִי מַמְלֶכֶת כֹּהֲנִים, וְגוֹי קָדוֹשׁ: אֵלֶּה, הַדְּבָרִים, אֲשֶׁר תְּדַבֵּר, אֶל-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל.”
\n“and you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests<\/a> and a holy nation.’ These are the words that you shall speak to the children of Israel<\/a>.”<\/p>\n

Isaiah 49:6<\/a>
\n“וַיֹּאמֶר, נָקֵל מִהְיוֹתְךָ לִי עֶבֶד, לְהָקִים אֶת-שִׁבְטֵי יַעֲקֹב, ונצירי (וּנְצוּרֵי) יִשְׂרָאֵל לְהָשִׁיב; וּנְתַתִּיךָ לְאוֹר גּוֹיִם, לִהְיוֹת יְשׁוּעָתִי עַד-קְצֵה הָאָרֶץ”
\n“he says: “It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to bring back the preserved of Israel<\/a>; I will make you as a light for the nations, that my salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”<\/p>\n

In the process of the global correction the Israelites<\/a> spread all over the world to keep the Light flow even after the destruction of the Holy Temple. Every synagogue with services and Torah reading is like a lighthouse for the world. With spreading of the Zohar that reveals the Light of the Torah in a greater radiance many Israelites<\/a> souls are awakened in the world and we experience the “שיבת ציון” “return to Zion<\/a>”, which is the aspect of connecting Yessod<\/a> and Malchut<\/a> to draw Mashaich and the Final Redemption to this world.<\/p>\n
