There is no specific Zohar for the portion of Re’eh but there are references to verses from this Torah portion in other places in the Zohar.
\nThe Zohar section above is from Tikunei Zohar, Tikkun 22. It was previously published as DZ #510 but the commentary below is different.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

Deuteronomy 14:1<\/a>
\n“בָּנִים אַתֶּם, לַיהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם”
\n“You are the sons (children) of YHVH<\/a>, your God ”<\/p>\n

The seal of YHVH<\/a> is called אמת, means ‘Truth’. It represents the three columns<\/a> and the three levels of continuation in this world: children, length of life and sustenance.<\/p>\n

א – Life – It is the aspect of Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a>, אבא Father and אמא mother<\/a>.
\nמ – Children – The aspect of Zeir Anpin<\/a>
\nת – Sustenance – The manifestation of Light on the level of Malchut<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The word for ‘sons’ is בנים. Because the Israelites<\/a> have special relation with YHVH<\/a> and the tool of the Torah, they have the duty to channel the Light from the upper Sefirot of Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a>, which is the aspect of life to the entire world in Malchut<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Our sins caused the destruction of the Holy Temple. It was a channel of Light for the whole world, and when it was lost we were scattered among the nations of the world to continue the Light on a smaller scale. The reading of the Torah every Shabbat was supposed to nourish the world, but the job was not done properly and that is why the exile is currently over 2000 years.<\/p>\n

Isaiah 59:2<\/a>
\n“כִּי אִם-עֲו‍ֹנֹתֵיכֶם, הָיוּ מַבְדִּלִים, בֵּינֵכֶם, לְבֵין אֱלֹהֵיכֶם; וְחַטֹּאותֵיכֶם, הִסְתִּירוּ פָנִים מִכֶּם–מִשְּׁמוֹעַ.”
\n“But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you, that He will not hear.”
\nSeparation from the Torah, that is the truth, and losing the connection to the three columns<\/a> distance us from the Light and bring spiritual death, that manifests as chaos in the world.<\/p>\n

The Zohar awakens many Israelites<\/a> souls in the world and that brings more mercy and reduces chaos. We are the sons of God and we need to do more.<\/p>\n

Israel<\/a> is under attack because those who are at the bottom of the spiritual levels get no Light. The terrorists may not be aware of that but they get no life energy and life has no value for them. Subconsciously, they are looking for the Light that they are missing and their inner compass points to Jerusalem<\/a>. Great empires tried in the past to conquer and control Jerusalem<\/a> but no one can handle the Light but the Israelites<\/a>. God protects Israel<\/a> and that is why there are miracles like the Iron Dome that is used by God to disguise his direct protection.<\/p>\n

The terrorist now go after Jews and Christians outside Israel<\/a>. The act of beheading the people represents their desire to get the upper Light that they miss.<\/p>\n
