42. פָּתַח וְאָמַר, (ישעיה נב) הִנֵּה יַשְׂכִּיל עַבְדִּי יָרוּם וְנִשָּׂא וְגָבַהּ מְאֹד. אַשְׁרֵי חֶלְקָם שֶׁל הַצַּדִּיקִים שֶׁהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא גִּלָּה לָהֶם דַּרְכֵי הַתּוֹרָה לָלֶכֶת בָּהֶם. בֹּא רְאֵה, הַפָּסוּק הַזֶּה הוּא סוֹד עֶלְיוֹן, הִנֵּה יַשְׂכִּיל עַבְדִּי וּבֵאֲרוּהָ. אֲבָל בֹּא רְאֵה, כְּשֶׁבָּרָא הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא אֶת הָעוֹלָם, עָשָׂה אֶת הַלְּבָנָה וְהִקְטִין לָהּ אֶת אוֹרָהּ, שֶׁהֲרֵי אֵין לָהּ מֵעַצְמָהּ כְּלוּם. וּמִשּׁוּם שֶׁהִקְטִינָה אֶת עַצְמָהּ, הֵאִירָה בִּגְלַל הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ וּבְחֹזֶק הָאוֹרוֹת הָעֶלְיוֹנִים.
\n43. וּבִזְמַן שֶׁהָיָה בֵּית הַמִּקְדָּשׁ קַיָּם, יִשְׂרָאֵל הָיוּ מִשְׁתַּדְּלִים בְּקָרְבָּנוֹת וְעוֹלוֹת וַעֲבוֹדוֹת שֶׁהָיוּ עוֹשִׂים הַכֹּהֲנִים וּלְוִיִּם וְיִשְׂרְאֵלִים כְּדֵי לִקְשֹׁר קְשָׁרִים וּלְהָאִיר אוֹרוֹת.
\n44. וּלְאַחַר שֶׁנֶּחֱרַב בֵּית הַמִּקְדָּשׁ, נֶחְשַׁךְ הָאוֹר, וְהַלְּבָנָה לֹא הוּאֲרָה מִן הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ, וְהַשֶּׁמֶשׁ הִסְתַּלֵּק מִמֶּנָּה וְלֹא הֵאִירָה, וְאֵין לְךָ יוֹם שֶׁלֹּא שׁוֹלְטִים בּוֹ קְלָלוֹת וְצַעַר וּכְאֵבִים, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנִּתְבָּאֵר.<\/div>\n

\nZohar Vayeshev<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Holy Temple was considered as the Sun that shines its light to the world. When the priests<\/a> made the sacrifices and different services in the Holy Temple, the world enjoyed a great flow of Light. After the destruction of the Holy Temple, the ‘sun’ lost its light and the moon, which is the aspect of our world and Malchut<\/a>, couldn’t receive the light from its source of the Holy Temple.<\/p>\n

The Zohar tells us that since the destruction of the Holy Temple the world is experiencing everyday different kind of curses, pain, and sufferings and continues to quote Isaiah 52:13<\/a> to praise the righteous people that follow the ways of the Torah.
\n“הִנֵּה יַשְׂכִּיל, עַבְדִּי; יָרוּם וְנִשָּׂא וְגָבַהּ, מְאֹד”
\n“behold, My servant will prosper, He will be high and lifted up and greatly exalted.”<\/p>\n

When the Light is fully revealed in the world at the time of the Resurrection, the vessel of the righteous people will be ready for the great Light of the ‘sun’ to shine in their lives.<\/p>\n
