Tikkun 21<\/strong> – 142<\/p>\n

Exodus 35:3<\/a> “לֹא-תְבַעֲרוּ אֵשׁ, בְּכֹל מֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶם, בְּיוֹם, הַשַּׁבָּת. ”
\n“You shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations on the day of Shabbat.”<\/p>\n

Our habitat is our vessel. Fire is the element that creates transformation of matter.<\/p>\n

When we start a fire on Shabbat it creates transformation to something new and that goes against the state of the light of Binah<\/a> on Shabbat. Any form of creating new from existing, disconnects us from the light that was provided for us to connect and draw into our vessel on Shabbat.<\/p>\n

The Zohar reveals us that one of the ‘untouched’ aspects of this precept relates to the fire inside our body. Many people break the Shabbat when they become angry because this emotion ignites our body with inner fire.<\/p>\n

Anger changes the body chemistry and connects it to the negative side. When this happens, the ‘rest’ is broken and the extra soul levels<\/a> that we received on Shabbat, leaves the body.<\/p>\n
