60. בֹּא וּרְאֵה מַה כָּתוּב כָּאן בְּיִתְרוֹ, וַיָּבֹא יִתְרוֹ חֹתֵן מֹשֶׁה וּבָנָיו וְאִשְׁתּוֹ אֶל מֹשֶׁה וְגוֹ’. כֵּיוָן שֶׁכָּתוּב אֶל מֹשֶׁה, לָמָּה כָּתוּב אֶל הַמִּדְבָּר? אֶלָּא הָעִקָּר שֶׁל הַכֹּל לְמַה שֶּׁהָיָה בָּא, אֶל הַמִּדְבָּר. וּמַהוּ? הַר הָאֱלֹהִים, שֶׁזֶּהוּ מָקוֹם לְגֵרִים לְהִתְגַּיֵּר. וְעַל זֶה כָּתוּב אֶל מֹשֶׁה אֶל הַמִּדְבָּר. לְמֹשֶׁה לְגַיֵּר אוֹתָם וּלְהַכְנִיסָם תַּחַת כַּנְפֵי הַשְּׁכִינָה. אֶל הַמִּדְבָּר הָיוּ בָּאִים, שֶׁהוּא הַר הָאֱלֹהִים, לַעֲשׂוֹת בָּהֶם נַפְשׁוֹתָם.

\nExodus 18:5<\/a>
\nויבוא יתרו
\n“וַיָּבֹא יִתְרוֹ חֹתֵן מֹשֶׁה, וּבָנָיו וְאִשְׁתּוֹ–אֶל-מֹשֶׁה: אֶל-הַמִּדְבָּר, אֲשֶׁר-הוּא חֹנֶה שָׁם–הַר הָאֱלֹהִים”
\n“And Jethro, Moses’ father-in-law, came with his sons and his wife unto Moses into the wilderness where he was encamped, at the mount of God;”
\nJethro came to Moses at the mount of God, where the Shechina is with the Israelites<\/a>. Jethro wanted to convert and for him it was a process of elevation, which is going to the mount of God.
\n Exodus 18:9<\/a>
\n “וַיִּחַדְּ יִתְרוֹ–עַל כָּל-הַטּוֹבָה, אֲשֶׁר-עָשָׂה יְהוָה לְיִשְׂרָאֵל: אֲשֶׁר הִצִּילוֹ, מִיַּד מִצְרָיִם”
\n“And Jethro rejoiced for all the goodness which YHVH<\/a> had done to Israel<\/a>, in that He had delivered them out of the hand of the Egypt.”
\nThis word ויחד translated to ‘and he rejoiced’ but better translated would be ‘and he became one’ and when rearranging the letters, ‘יחוד’, means ” Unification”. This special use of the word reveals that Jethro converted and unified himself with the faith<\/a> of the Israelites<\/a> in YHVH<\/a>. For that conversion he merited to have a Torah portion named after him. This portion also reveals the 10 commandments.
\nA convert is called “גר צדק”, “Ger Tzedek”, meaning a ‘convert of righteousness’. Even if a convert comes from a Klipah<\/a>, the conversion represents a connection to the Shechina and Zeir Anpin<\/a> that elevate the soul of the convert. He receives the additional soul level of Ruach<\/a>. A Jew needs to work harder to purify himself with a lot of study and positive sharing actions to receive the level of Ruach<\/a>. The transformation of a convert merits him that special gift.
\nMany DZ subscribers have Israelites<\/a>’ souls, even though they were born into a non Jewish parents. The Light of the Zohar attracts them and if they are strong to stay on the path then they will have a lot of merits in the Final Redemption. I suggest that they do their best to connect their souls to their roots in the Torah, especially through the study of the Zohar on a daily basis. Such men should go through circumcision<\/a> to connect their souls to the covenant of Abraham. Women should light Shabbat candles and focus on Zohar study on Shabbat.
\nWith the study and the expansion of the vessel, the desire to receive the additional soul level grows and the person feels inside to make more efforts. Some won’t even rest until they complete the conversion process.
