The meal after the fast is always a delight and we enjoy every bite.<\/p>\n<p>The meal after the fast should be treated as manifestation of light into our lives. The restrictions of the fast and the desire for the self expand our vessel to draw more light, especially on Yom Kippurim.<\/p>\n<p>Before we &lsquo;attack&rsquo; the food after the fast, we should pause and meditate to manifest the light that was available to us on Yom Kippur through the food in front of us.<\/p>\n<p>The hardship and hunger for the light will be part of the process that will build and expand our vessel before enjoying the light of the Final Redemption.
