He received from the soul level <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Soul levels&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Soul levels&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Nefesh&amp;lt;\/strong&amp;gt; is the lower level of Light in the body but is the most important to sustain the life of a person. The Liver is the control center of the Nefesh in the body.&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Ruach&amp;lt;\/strong&amp;gt; is higher and comes from Zeir Anpin. We achieve this additional light in this world by following the ways of the Torah with the general rule &amp;quot;Do good and avoid bad&rdquo;. The Heart is the center for the Ruach.&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Neshama&amp;lt;\/strong&amp;gt; is the highest level of Light that can be achieved in this world. Righteous people that already have the level of Ruach and act selflessly for the benefit of others, can achieve the level of Neshama. Since it&rsquo;s the highest level, it connects to the brain.The higher-level of the soul controls the level below it. Neshamah and Ruach can leave the person if he loses the righteous path. The level of Nefesh is removed only at the time of death, meaning when the heart stops and there is no blood circulation in the body.The other two levels of the soul are Chaya and Yechida, but they can only connect to the soul outside the body because their level of purity can not have a physical connection in this world.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=soul-levels\" data-gt-translate-attributes=\"[{&quot;attribute&quot;:&quot;data-cmtooltip&quot;, &quot;format&quot;:&quot;html&quot;}]\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Nefesh<\/a> of Elijah. Moses also asked God to remove his name from the Torah, which is also the aspect of death.<br>\nThose who serve God have no fear of death and in general would rather die than not be able to fulfil their life&rsquo;s mission in this world.<br>\nThe sages teach us that<br>\n&lsquo;&#1488;&#1497;&#1503; &#1491;&#1489;&#1512;&#1497; &#1514;&#1493;&#1512;&#1492; &#1502;&#1514;&#1511;&#1497;&#1497;&#1502;&#1497;&#1503; &#1488;&#1500;&#1488; &#1489;&#1502;&#1497; &#1513;&#1502;&#1502;&#1497;&#1514; &#1506;&#1510;&#1502;&#1493; &#1506;&#1500;&#1497;&#1492;&rsquo;,<br>\n&lsquo;the Light of the Torah won&rsquo;t manifest, unless the person is ready to die for it.&rsquo;<br>\nGreat kabbalists dedicated their lives to Torah study and to the revelation of its secrets. Many of them die young but their teachings are alive among us. For them, life was a temporary state of existence. They used every moment to study the secrets or the Torah, revealing its light for the world and in their lives. When we are ready to accept all forms of death we nullify the body and &lsquo;release&rsquo; the soul from its heavy physical garments, allowing a unification of light and vessel.<br>\nWhat is elevation?<br>\nElevation is a state of purity, not altitude. God is everything and everywhere. Getting closer to the Light is the process of elevation and it can be done by removing all of our <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Klipot&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Also Klipa. Literally means &amp;#039;shell&amp;#039;\/ &amp;#039;covering&amp;#039;. Even if we live in an underground basement or in a tent or a cave in the darkest place on earth, we can still achieve greater elevation.<br>\nRabbi Shimon studies in a cave with his son for 12 years. They gave up on everything physical and removed the barriers between them and the Light. They merited to have the support of Moses and Elijah, giants that were ready to give up their lives for the Light.<br>\nDon&rsquo;t lookup the classified for a distant cave or let go of the physical. We are not in the time that we can achieve a spiritual state of Moses or rabbi Shimon. No need to skip meals and pleasures of this life.
