\nGenesis 28:12<\/a>
\n“וַיַּחֲלֹם, וְהִנֵּה סֻלָּם מֻצָּב אַרְצָה, וְרֹאשׁוֹ, מַגִּיעַ הַשָּׁמָיְמָה; וְהִנֵּה מַלְאֲכֵי אֱלֹהִים, עֹלִים וְיֹרְדִים בּוֹ”
\n“And he dreamed, and behold, there was a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven. And behold, the angels of God were ascending and descending on it!”
\nThe Zohar explains that Jacob’s dream revealed to him the seven aspects of revelation of light in the world.
\nThe ‘Ladder’ is one level, ‘earth’ is another one, ascending angels are two and descending angels are additional two. Together they are seven, 4 for the the directions of North, South, East, West, Up and down. The ladder connects and include all of them.
\nThe seven are against the seven days of Creation and the seven Sefirot. Life on earth also on seven levels, animals, birds, beasts, fish and all that comes from them.

\nThe Israelites<\/a> that are the aspect of Yessod<\/a>, were given full control over nature. Most of the Zodiac symbols are related to animals, birds, fish and human to connect us to all aspects of nature and have control over it.
