45. שֶׁבַע דְּרָגוֹת אֵלּוּ, מִדַּרְגָּה אַחַת לְדַרְגָּה אַחַת (אַחֶרֶת), נוֹדַעַת מֶרְכָּבָה אַחַת בְּכָל אֵלּוּ שֶׁנֶּאֱחָזִים בָּהּ. וְכֵן מִדַּרְגָּה לְדַרְגָּה, וְכֻלָּם מִתְנַהֲגִים אַחֲרֶיהָ שֶׁל אוֹתָהּ דַּרְגָּה שֶׁנִּפְקְדָה עֲלֵיהֶם, וַהֲרֵי בֵּאַרְנוּ אֶת הַדְּבָרִים.

\nTiferet<\/a>, the sixth from above from מנד through מיכ. The name in the center of the 72 names chart is אני #37 is in Tiferet<\/a>, the central column.
\nThe seventh, Netzach<\/a> is from וול through והו, Yessod<\/a> is from נמם through פוי. Malchut<\/a> is the last and it includes the last two ‘witnesses’.
\nEach group of seven names relates to a specific sefira that is a complete vehicle for the light because each group include its own seven Sefirot. The level of Chessed<\/a> has seven names that corresponds to each sefira. The first of Chessed<\/a> is chessed<\/a> of Chessed<\/a>, the second is Gevurah<\/a> of Chessed<\/a> and so on. The level of Gevurah<\/a> includes Chessed<\/a> of Gevurah<\/a>, Gevurah<\/a> of Gevurah<\/a>, Tiferet<\/a> of Gevurah<\/a> and so on for all the levels. \nThe 72 names represent spiritual ‘bridges’ of light from the upper to the lower levels. The connection to the names can be achieved ONLY with purity and proper consciousness. I strongly recommend to leave immediately the practice of using individual names, expecting immediate results, like Hocus Pocus. This is wrong teaching! It doesn’t work. If you find a kabbalist that asks money for the service of writing names or pray for you, walk away immediately. A true righteous Kabbalist would never ask money for helping people in need.
\nFrom this Zohar study and others on the Daily Zohar we learn the importance of using the entire 72 names chart as a whole and not by individual names. You cannot have a car seat and expect to drive it, a wheel or the transmission box. You have to have the car as a whole with a qualified driver.
\nI saw some nice bracelets with names. How come a person that believe in spiritual forces, use the hand that carry holy names for impure touch or work. The outcome may draw judgments instead of fulfilment that one originally desired.
\nTo properly use the 72 names, one must set proper time for meditation, wash hands, prepare with spiritually cleansing by connecting to the Zohar, then recite Ana B’Koach, make prayers and then scan the entire chart and or the 72 names prayer , ending with Baruch Shem…
