74. פָּתַח רוֹעֶה הַנֶּאֱמָן וְאָמַר, סָבָא סָבָא, יֵשׁ סֶלַע וְיֵשׁ סֶלַע, יֵשׁ אֶבֶן וְיֵשׁ אֶבֶן. יֵשׁ אֶבֶן שֶׁל שֵׁם שֶׁל יְהֹוָ”ה, וְעָלֶיהָ נֶאֱמַר (דניאל ב) וְהָאֶבֶן שֶׁהִכְּתָה אֶת הַצֶּלֶם נַעֲשֵׂית לְהַר גָּדוֹל. וְיֵשׁ אֶבֶן שֶׁהִיא (ויקרא כו) אֶבֶן מַשְׂכִּית, שֶׁאֵין שָׁם נְבִיעַת מֵי הַחָכְמָה וְלֹא דִבּוּר.

\nMoses opened and say there are rocks and there are stones. There’s a stone of the Tetragrammaton name, which is the Y י that became huge. (Daniel 2:35<\/a>) “But the stone that struck the statue became a huge mountain and filled the whole earth”.
\nThere’s a forbidden stone that represent the Left without the Chassadim<\/a> of the Right. It is used for idol worship and won’t bring out ‘water’.

\n“קַח אֶת-הַמַּטֶּה, וְהַקְהֵל אֶת-הָעֵדָה אַתָּה וְאַהֲרֹן אָחִיךָ, וְדִבַּרְתֶּם אֶל-הַסֶּלַע לְעֵינֵיהֶם, וְנָתַן מֵימָיו; וְהוֹצֵאתָ לָהֶם מַיִם מִן-הַסֶּלַע, וְהִשְׁקִיתָ אֶת-הָעֵדָה וְאֶת-בְּעִירָם”
\n“Take the staff; and you and your brother Aaron assemble the congregation and speak to the rock before their eyes, that it may yield its water. You shall thus bring forth water for them out of the rock and let the congregation and their beasts drink.”
\nThe rock that Moses was sent to speak to had the aspect of Malchut<\/a> of Atzilut<\/a>. It is built from Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a> of the Right. It requires peaceful and pleasant speaking to make the unification with Zeir Anpin<\/a> and allow the light to flow down.
\nThe rock of the other-side<\/a> comes from behind Malchut<\/a> of Atzilut<\/a>. It the aspect of the Left and represents judgment. This level needs to be hit to break the judgments that connect to it and draw water from a lower level.
\nThe Zohar is our ‘rock’, which is a form of manifestation of Light in Malchut<\/a>. It comes from the Right. We need to treat it with respect and speak\/study its words to let the ‘water’ (Light) come out.
