60. רַבִּי חִיָּיא וְרַבִּי יְהוּדָה הָיוּ הוֹלְכִים בַּדֶּרֶךְ, וְהִגִּיעוּ לְהָרִים גְּדוֹלִים, וּמָצְאוּ בֵּין הֶהָרִים עַצְמוֹת בְּנֵי אָדָם שֶׁהָיוּ מֵאוֹתָם בְּנֵי הַמַּבּוּל, וּפָסְעוּ שְׁלֹשׁ מֵאוֹת פְּסִיעוֹת בְּעֶצֶם אַחַת. תָּמְהוּ. אָמְרוּ, הַיְנוּ מַה שֶּׁאָמְרוּ חֲבֵרֵינוּ שֶׁהֵם לֹא הָיוּ פּוֹחֲדִים מִדִּין הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב (איוב כא) וַיֹּאמְרוּ לָאֵל סוּר מִמֶּנּוּ וְדַעַת דְּרָכֶיךָ לֹא חָפָצְנוּ. מֶה עָשׂוּ? הָיוּ סוֹתְמִים בְּרַגְלֵיהֶם אֶת מַעְיְנוֹת הַתְּהוֹם, וּמַיִם רְתוּחִים יוֹצְאִים וְלֹא יָכְלוּ לַעֲמֹד בָּהֶם, עַד שֶׁהָיוּ נִשְׁמָטִים וְנוֹפְלִים בָּאָרֶץ וּמֵתִים.
\n61. וַיּוֹלֶד נֹחַ שְׁלֹשָׁה בָנִים וְגוֹ’. אָמַר רַבִּי חִיָּיא לְרַבִּי יְהוּדָה, בֹּא וְאֹמַר לְךָ דְּבָרִים שֶׁשָּׁמַעְתִּי בָּזֶה. מָשָׁל לְאָדָם שֶׁמַּכְנִיס לִנְקֵבָה שֶׁמִּתְעַבֶּרֶת [ד”א פְּרִי מֵעֶיהָ] בְּפַעַם אַחַת, וְיָצְאוּ שְׁנַיִם אוֹ שְׁלֹשָׁה בָנִים. [כָּל] אֶחָד נִפְרָד מֵאַחֵר בִּדְרָכָיו בְּמַעֲשָׂיו. זֶה צַדִּיק וְזֶה רָשָׁע וְזֶה בֵּינוֹנִי. אַף גַּם כָּאן שְׁלֹשָׁה קְשָׁרִים שֶׁל רוּחַ הוֹלְכִים וְשָׁטִים וְנִכְלָלִים בִּשְׁלֹשָׁה עוֹלָמוֹת.<\/div>\n

\nRabbi Chiya and Rabbi Yehuda were walking on the way and arrive big mountains. They found there bones of humans from the time of the Flood. It took them 300 steps to walk along one bone. They quoted Job 21:14<\/a> referring to these giants that rebel against God.
\n“וַיֹּאמְרוּ לָאֵל סוּר מִמֶּנּוּ וְדַעַת דְּרָכֶיךָ לֹא חָפָצְנוּ”
\n“”They say to God, ‘Depart from us! We do not even desire the knowledge of Your ways.”
\nThe giants of that time with their feet, tried to stop the water coming from the fountains of the great deep. Since the water were boiling they couldn’t stand it and fell to their death.
\nLesson:
\nMost people, especially the rich, people with high intellect and or physically strong feel superior in this world as if they are immortal and nothing can hurt them. The rich that have money for few life times don’t consider they can get seriously sick and money can’t buy them health. Accident can happen any time even if you fly a private jet. Life can change forever in a matter of one moment. Everything in this life is temporary, money, health and relationships. Only our soul can be immortal. When it is surrounded with the light of the Torah then it is protected. We are all vulnerable in this world for the simple fact that the force of death still controls our realm of corporeal existence.
\nThe Torah is life and the Zohar is Noah’s Ark that saves us when the waters are troubled.
\nWe shouldn’t wait to see troubled water. Now is always the best time to connect to life.

\nNoah gave birth to three sons. The Zohar explains that their souls came through the three columns<\/a>.
\nThe Zohar explains that the three sons came from the same root but spread through the worlds of Briah (Creation), Yetzirah (Formation) and Asiah (Action).
\nShem came from the Right column<\/a> with the soul level of Neshama<\/a>, Ham from the Left, level of Ruach<\/a> but not corrected so he was wicked. Japheth from central column with soul level of Nefesh<\/a> of Asiah and was moderate.
