46. אָמַר רַבִּי יוֹחָנָן, אֵין לָנוּ לִסְתֹּר אֶת אֱמוּנַת הַכֹּל, אֶלָּא לְקַיֵּם אוֹתָהּ. שֶׁהֲרֵי הַתּוֹרָה מְעִידָה עַל זֶה שֶׁהֲרֵי אָנוּ יוֹדְעִים אֶת אֱמוּנַת הַצַּדִּיקִים, וְהַכִּסּוּף שֶׁלָּהֶם מַה הוּא? שֶׁכָּתוּב (שיר א) נָגִילָה וְנִשְׂמְחָה בָּךְ, וְלֹא בַּאֲכִילָה. נַזְכִּירָה דֹדֶיךָ מִיַּיִן. וְאוֹתָהּ סְעוּדָה שֶׁמְּזֻמָּנִים אֵלֶיהָ, יִהְיֶה לָנוּ חֵלֶק לֵהָנוֹת מִמֶּנָּה, וְזוֹ הִיא הַשִּׂמְחָה וְהַשְּׂחוֹק. וְאֵלֶּה תּוֹלְדֹת יִצְחָק – שֶׁיִּצְחֲקוּ הַצַּדִּיקִים לֶעָתִיד לָבֹא. אַבְרָהָם הוֹלִיד אֶת יִצְחָק – זְכוּת הַנְּשָׁמָה מוֹלִיד הַשְּׂחוֹק הַזֶּה וְהַשִּׂמְחָה בָּעוֹלָם.
\n47. וַיְהִי יִצְחָק בֶּן אַרְבָּעִים שָׁנָה. רַבִּי בּוֹ בְּשֵׁם רַבִּי יוֹסֵי פָּתַח וְאָמַר, (שיר א) יִשָּׁקֵנִי מִנְּשִׁיקוֹת פִּיהוּ וְגוֹ’, בְּכַמָּה מַעֲלוֹת נִבְרָא הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁשָּׁנִינוּ, אָמַר רַבִּי אָחָא בַּר יַעֲקֹב, כָּל מַה שֶּׁבָּרָא הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא בָּעוֹלָמוֹת שֶׁלּוֹ, חוּץ מִמֶּנּוּ, הָיוּ בְּשִׁתּוּף. וְהַאִם אָמַר כָּךְ רַבִּי אָחָא?

\nRabbi Yochanan says that the desire of the Tzadikim is not in the food and drinking but for the light and the joy that come at that time.

\n“מָשְׁכֵנִי, אַחֲרֶיךָ נָּרוּצָה; הֱבִיאַנִי הַמֶּלֶךְ חֲדָרָיו, נָגִילָה וְנִשְׂמְחָה בָּךְ”
\n“Draw me after you; let us run. The king has brought me into his chambers. We will exult and rejoice in you;”

\n“וְאֵלֶּה תּוֹלְדֹת יִצְחָק, בֶּן-אַבְרָהָם: אַבְרָהָם, הוֹלִיד אֶת-יִצְחָק”
\n“These are the generations of Isaac, Abraham’s son: Abraham fathered Isaac”
\nAbraham fathered Isaac. The Hebrew name for Isaac means ‘will laugh’. Abraham is the aspect of the soul and for its merits the Tzadikim will bring out the laughter and joy to the world.
\nWhile most of the world would enjoy from eating and drinking in the great feast of the future, the Tzadikim will enjoy the connection to King’s pure light.
\nRabbi Avraham Azulai in Chessed<\/a> L’Avraham reveals to us that in the world to come the good people will enjoy from the material level and the Tzadikim would enjoy spiritual abilities of mind over matter. Everyone according to their merits and spiritual level.
\nThe Zohar starts here a new study related to the connection of mercy with judgment.

\n“וַיְהִי יִצְחָק, בֶּן-אַרְבָּעִים שָׁנָה, בְּקַחְתּוֹ אֶת-רִבְקָה בַּת-בְּתוּאֵל הָאֲרַמִּי, מִפַּדַּן אֲרָם–אֲחוֹת לָבָן הָאֲרַמִּי, לוֹ לְאִשָּׁה.”
\n“and Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah, the daughter of Bethuel the Aramean of Paddan-aram, the sister of Laban the Aramean, to be his wife.”
\nExcept the Holy One Blessed Be He, everything created in this world has the two aspects of mercy and judgment. The world of Malchut<\/a> is founded on judgment and God included mercy by connecting Binah<\/a> to Malchut<\/a>.
\nRabbi Echa raise a point that if everything except God has the two aspects then the angels that are created from holy spirit are like all people. The explanation is that except God, everything has body (vessel\/judgment\/Left) and soul (light\/mercy\/Right). Even angels need the light of Binah<\/a> to have the force to act.
