77. כְּשֶׁהִגִּיעַ דָּוִד לִשְׁלֹשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה שָׁנָה וְזָכָה בְּאוֹתוֹ יוֹם שֶׁנִּכְנַס לָאַרְבַּע עֶשְׂרֵה, אָז כָּתוּב (תהלים ב) ה’ אָמַר אֵלַי בְּנִי אַתָּה אֲנִי הַיּוֹם יְלִדְתִּיךָ. מָה הַטַּעַם? שֶׁהֲרֵי מִקֹּדֶם לָזֶה לֹא הָיָה לוֹ בֵּן, וְלֹא שָׁרְתָה עָלָיו נְשָׁמָה עֶלְיוֹנָה, שֶׁהֲרֵי בִּשְׁנוֹת עָרְלָה הוּא הָיָה, וּמִשּׁוּם כָּךְ אֲנִי הַיּוֹם יְלִדְתִּיךָ, הַיּוֹם וַדַּאי יְלִדְתִּיךָ. אֲנִי, וְלֹא הַצַּד הָאַחֵר, כְּמוֹ שֶׁהָיָה עַד עַכְשָׁו, אֲנִי לְבַדִּי. בֶּן עֶשְׂרִים שָׁנִים, מַה כָּתוּב בִּשְׁלֹמֹה? \n78. וְאִם לִבְנוֹ יִיעָדֶנָה. בֶּן שְׁלֹשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה שָׁנִים וָמַעְלָה, שֶׁהֲרֵי יָצָא מֵרְשׁוּת הַצַּד הָאַחֵר שֶׁהִזְדַּמֵּן לוֹ. מַה כָּתוּב? כְּמִשְׁפַּט הַבָּנוֹת יַעֲשֶׂה לָהּ. מַה זֶּה כְּמִשְׁפַּט הַבָּנוֹת? שָׁנִינוּ, בְּכָל יוֹם וָיוֹם רוֹאֶה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא אֶת אוֹתוֹ תִינוֹק שֶׁעוֹמֵד בִּרְשׁוּת הָעָרְלָה, וְהוּא יוֹצֵא מִמֶּנָּה וְנִמְשָׁךְ לְבֵית הַסֵּפֶר, וְשׁוֹבֵר אוֹתָהּ. מֶה עָשָׂה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא לְאוֹתָהּ נְשָׁמָה? מַכְנִיס אוֹתָהּ לַגֹּרֶן (חֲדַר לִמּוּד) שֶׁלּוֹ, וְנוֹתֵן לָהּ מַתָּנוֹת וְאוֹצָרוֹת רַבִּים וּמְקַשֵּׁט אוֹתָהּ בְּקִשּׁוּטִים עִלָּאִיִּים, עַד הַזְּמַן שֶׁמַּכְנִיסָהּ לַחֻפָּה עִם אוֹתוֹ (תּוֹךְ אוֹתוֹ) בֵּן מִשְּׁלֹשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה שָׁנִים וָמַעְלָה.<\/div>\n

\nWhen King David passed the age of 13 years, YHVH<\/a> told him (Psalms 2:7<\/a>)
\n“אֲסַפְּרָה אֶל חֹק יְהוָה אָמַר אֵלַי בְּנִי אַתָּה אֲנִי הַיּוֹם יְלִדְתִּיךָ”
\n“”I will surely tell of the decree of YHVH<\/a>: He said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.”
\n‘I have begotten You’ means that David received from the pure side, not from the other-side<\/a> that was until then.
\nBefore age of 13, David couldn’t have the supernal<\/a> soul to be called ‘son’ of YHVH<\/a>.
\nAt age 20 King Solomon received the higher level of the soul. As we read in the verse below, ‘the only son’ to his father and mother<\/a> is the aspect of Zeir Anpin<\/a> that his soul was connected to.

\n“כִּי בֵן הָיִיתִי לְאָבִי רַךְ וְיָחִיד לִפְנֵי אִמִּי”
\n“When I was a son to my father, Tender and the only son in the sight of my mother<\/a>,”

\nUntil age 13 the child is under the control of the Klipa<\/a>. When he goes to study Torah or pray in a synagogue with the congregation, the Klipa<\/a> breaks. The Holy One Blessed Be He brings that soul to his chamber and gives her many gifts, decorating her with supernal<\/a> decorations until the time of unification with the extra soul that is added to him after 13 years of age.
