59. וּמִשּׁוּם כָּךְ, אִם כְּבָנִים אִם כַּעֲבָדִים. אִם כְּבָנִים, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר בָּהֶם בָּנִים אַתֶּם לַה’ אֱלֹהֵיכֶם. אִם כַּעֲבָדִים, כִּי לִי בְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל עֲבָדִים, וְלֹא שְׁאָר הָאֻמּוֹת. אֲבָל אוֹתָם הָרְשָׁעִים שֶׁאֵין מִשְׁתַּדְּלִים בַּתּוֹרָה וּבַמִּצְווֹת וְאֵין עֲלֵיהֶם עֹל תּוֹרָה וְעֹל תְּפִלִּין וּשְׁאָר מִצְווֹת, הֵם עֲבָדִים לְאֻמּוֹת הָעוֹלָם וּמִשְׁתַּעְבְּדִים בָּהֶם, כְּמוֹ עֲבָדִים הָיִינוּ לְפַרְעֹה בְּמִצְרָיִם.

\n“You are the sons of YHVH<\/a> your God”
\nLeviticus 25:55<\/a>
\n“כִּי-לִי בְנֵי-יִשְׂרָאֵל, עֲבָדִים–עֲבָדַי הֵם, אֲשֶׁר-הוֹצֵאתִי אוֹתָם מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם: אֲנִי, יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם”
\n“For the sons of Israel<\/a> are My servants;”
\nOn Rosh Hashanah and after each set of Shofar<\/a> blowing we ask God to treat us as his sons and servants with mercy.
\nThose who don’t follow the Torah and carry its yoke of following the precepts become servants to the other nations of the world. They enslave them like Pharaoh enslaved the Israelites<\/a>.
\nLesson: Those who didn’t respect the Torah in previous lives become ‘slave’ to the other nations. They are born in a body under different religions, far from the Torah. They need to come closer in this life. The Zohar awakened many Israelites<\/a> souls and they seek the freedom by coming closer to the study of Torah and Zohar.

\nThose who keep Shabbat and holidays are set free as it says;
\nDeuteronomy 26:8<\/a>
\n“וַיּוֹצִאֵנוּ יְהוָה מִמִּצְרַיִם בְּיָד חֲזָקָה וּבִזְרֹעַ נְטוּיָה וּבְמֹרָא גָּדֹל וּבְאֹתוֹת וּבְמֹפְתִים”
\n“and YHVH<\/a> brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm and with great terror and with signs and wonders;”
\nThe outcome of following the Torah is the state of rest;
\nExodus 23:12<\/a>
\n“שֵׁשֶׁת יָמִים תַּעֲשֶׂה מַעֲשֶׂיךָ, וּבַיּוֹם הַשְּׁבִיעִי תִּשְׁבֹּת–לְמַעַן יָנוּחַ, שׁוֹרְךָ וַחֲמֹרֶךָ, וְיִנָּפֵשׁ בֶּן-אֲמָתְךָ, וְהַגֵּר”
\n“Six days you are to do your work, but on the seventh day you shall cease from labor so that your ox and your donkey may rest, and the son of your female slave, as well as the convert, may refresh themselves.”
\nThe seventh day is the day of rest and connection to the light of the Torah and it was given to all. Those who live like animals, meaning without the Torah and spiritual connection in their lives and those who converted their hearts to the Torah.
